It's been 2 days since what happened between Gally and Newt and them finding out about me being a depressed freak. It's kind of awkward between Gally and Me but not with Newt. He just carries on looking happy as if it never happened that's what I liked about Newt he is just so calm and can easily get rid of stuff that he doesn't want to remember. At least that's what it looks like snapping me out of my thoughts ''Hey Ellie can you hand me the bandages please?'' Jeff asked I nodded and got the bandages then handed them over to him.

Jeff thanks me then I start to walk away ''Wait can you go ask Newt to come here for a sec?'' Jeff asked ''Yeah'' I said. ''Thanks'' Jeff said as I walked out of the Medjack hut looking for Newt. He wasn't working in the gardens as he usually was maybe he is with Alby I thought. then I saw Alby talking to the builders I examine all of the builders just in case Newt was there helping or something he is second in command he helps out with some stuff because someone is hurt or sick.

Gally wasn't working and Newt wasn't working. Where could they be? Dead ends that's the most likely place they would be in if they wanted to have a talk that no one should know about. How do I know this? Because I've talked secretly with some of the gladers and some gladers have done the same.

Flashback

'''Come on Ellie I need to tell you a secret!'' Chuck said quietly as we went deeper into the dead ends. ''Ok I think this is far enough Chuck'' I said as I laughed ''this is serious and dangerous'' Chuck said with an serious look on his face. I frowned ''dangerous?'' I said ''yes very'' Chuck said then looked around as if there was someone spying on us.
''What is it?'' I asked curiously but yet concerned for the curly haired boy ''I stole some bacon from Minho it was in his runner's pack and it just looked so shucking tasty'' Chuck said looking ashamed. I chuckle ''Chuck Minho probably won't even notice he has a sandwich and some other stuff in there'' I said reassuring him ''you don't think he will starve?'' Chuck said softly I shook my head and gave him a hug.

Flashback over

  I walked deeper into the dead ends and started to hear voices but I couldn't quite make out what they were saying. I went closer towards the voices the voices sounded like Gally and Newt as I got closer I saw them talking having an argument about something. ''Wait I heard someone'' Gally said as he looked in my direction I quickly hid between tree.

Did he see me???

''Did you tell someone about our talk?'' Gally asked Newt sternly ''bloody hell Gally of course I didn't'' Newt said clearly annoyed with Gally. ''Anyways so what are we going to do about Ellie? we can't let her continue to cut herself we have to tell Alby'' Gally said my eyes widen.

Thoughts went through my head I was so worried I felt like I was about to have an anxiety attack right on the spot. ''Are you even thinking? She would never trust us again and probably just shut us out like those maze doors when they close at night'' Newt said. ''Well what are we going to do? Let her kill herself yeah that's great idea'' Gally said
''No one said that'' Newt said. ''She's crazy for trying to kill herself like the glade is our home and she's trying to make it all depressed'' Gally said.

  The words echoed throughout my head I slid down the tree putting my knees against my chest. ''What the bloody hell is wrong with you!?'' Newt said now upset at Gally before Newt could say something probably more to make Gally mad and probably make Gally throw something. I stepped out from the tree ''Hey'' I said grabbing both of their attention ''Ellie?'' Gally said ''Hey El'' Newt said putting a smile on his face.

Gally lied he doesn't think your tough or gorgeous.
He thinks you're an insane depressed ugly maniac
