Your head will be on his chest, over his heart as his arm is around your shoulders holding you tightly.

Han
You two will face each other and his arm around your waist as your hands are against his chest.

Rey
Rey will lie on her back as you use her arm as a pillow, while you sleep on your side. You'll drape your arm over her chest and have your hand over her heartbeat.

Finn
Finn and you will be sleeping side by side, just holding hands. He doesn't need anything else to fall asleep. He just wants to know you're right there.

Poe
Poe will have his arm around your stomach as your back to his front. His head on top of yours as yo holds his hand.

Obi-Wan
Obi-Wan sleeps with his arm around you. Your head will be on his shoulder, taking in his soft scent as you go to sleep.

Anakin
More often than not, you and Anakin sleep on separate sides of the bed, not touching. But on the nights he has nightmares he'll pull you close as you slowly stir awake. But he'll always tell you to go back to sleep.

Kylo Ren
Kylo will sleep using your stomach as a pillow, his arms at your sides. You hands will gently tangle themselves into his hair as he falls asleep.

Hux
Often, you're already asleep by the time he gets in the room so he'll just wrap his arms around your figure and hold you close to him. Protecting you as you two sleep.
