Twice's few days off were over, and now the girls were back to their busy schedules. It's been a month since they've finished promoting their song, and now they're coming back with a new one, so they had no time to lose.

Everything was pretty much the same with the girls as a month ago, but everything pretty much wasn't. Some of the girls became closer than ever, and some have started avoiding each other. And with an atmosphere like this between some girls, sure wasn't easy maintaining a smile for the public eyes all the time.

Mina seemed to be having it the worst. And the busy schedules, and hard work, and practicing all the time weren't the problem. After all she knew what she was getting into. What she didn't know though, is that there were gonna be feelings involved. Bad feelings. The feelings of getting hurt. The sadness. By her own friends. Not even knowing why.

Mina wasn't the one to talk about her feelings. No, she was the one to bottle it all inside until one way or the other, all of those feelings came out.

No one even noticed anyway. It fit with her quiet personality, so Mina looked normal to everyone. Well, to mostly everyone...

Chaeyoung noticed Mina's behavior. She didn't really see her smile lately. And when she did, it was obviously forced. She noticed the lack of conversation, and also just general absence in their daily life. As soon as they would finish their schedules, vocal and dance practices, Mina would go to her room not really coming out at all. And Chaeyoung noticed this.

Although she couldn't do much about it. She was avoiding the girl. She was hurt. Hurt because she knew what was bothering Mina. And yes, she knew part of that was her own fault. She knew the ballerina missed her. Cos Chaeyoung missed her best friend very much as well.

The only other girl who noticed Mina's change in behavior was Sana. Only because the girl spent a bit more time with Mina than the others. The time that would otherwise be occupied by Chaeyoung. But Sana would only follow the girl into their room, staying there for a while, but then coming out alone.

So of course Chaeyoung was worried about her, still, best friend.

...

"Wow I am so tired..." Nayeon said to no one in particular laying down on the couch on her stomach as other girls were scattered around the house. "I think I might die from how tired I am." She added obviously exaggerating.

"So tired that you're talking to yourself?" Chaeyoung laughed, sitting on the floor, her back against the wall.

The girls had just finished their dance practice, and they came back to their dorm.

"Yah, you're calling me crazy and you're the one sitting on the floor while there are so many other places to sit." Nayeon was in defense mode already. But Chaeyoung took it as a joke, lightening the mood up, cos they were all on edge, it seemed.

"I never called you crazy Nayeon-unnie." Chaeyoung pouted, softening the older one's heart. No one could do it to Nayeon like Chaeyoung and Tzuyu. The girl just couldn't argue with them or be mad at them. They were just too precious.

Thinking of Tzuyu, Nayeon wondered where the girl was. She was pretty much attached at the hip with Chaeyoung lately, and Nayeon could swear there was something going on between the two girls.

"Of course you didn't, I was just kidding." Nayeon said as she felt sudden weight on top of her.

"Well, that is my cue to leave.." Chaeyoung laughed awkwardly while standing up as she saw Jeongyeon laying on top of Nayeon.

"Yah, can you not be like that in front of the younger ones?" Nayeon asked annoyed, as soon as the rapper left.

"Please, they're not so innocent either. I was looking for Dahyun the other day, and I caught Chaeyoung on top of Tzuyu, kissing." Jeongyeon said.
