Chapter 22

Tzuyu sat in the managers office on the verge of tears as the manager shouted, visibly angry. The man's voice brought the girl back to her horrendous past that she in no way wanted to remember at this moment. Right in front of her managers.

The memories were too intense that Tzuyu couldn't help but let a few tears out as she listened to him scold her. It reminded her too much of something she wanted to forget.

The man kept asking her if she knew what she's done, and if she knew what kind of trouble she created for them. Poor girl just kept crying and nodding her head as he scolded her with no end.

"We're going to contact the boy the incident happened with." He informed once he calmed down a bit. "We're going to make him confess that he came onto you and that you couldn't get away. Thankfully Jeongyeon was there to save you. If police gets involved too, you're gonna have to tell them he forced himself onto you."

"But won't he get charged for that?" Tzuyu asked, looking up at him.

"He might."His voice was cold, piercing right through Tzuyu's bones. "But it's both of your fault. You should've known there would be consequences. We have to protect your image."

"What if I don't want to?" The question might've looked bold, but it was laced with fear, and it was pretty nerve wrecking for the young girl.

"Well then you're out of the group." He said, shrugging his shoulders. "You have a week to decide." He informed her, and after a short pause continued talking. "And in case he refuses to say what we tell him, you either try to convince him to say it, or.. Yea... You're out of the group for good, and fired from the company."

Tzuyu's fear has been confirmed, as she let the tears flow down her cheeks. She lowered her head trying to calm herself down while feeling the sudden silence surround her. Tzuyu shivered. The memories were intense as she tried to erase the awful image in her head.

She raised her head, startled, when someone rushed into the office. Their boss, Park Jinyoung walked in, scanning the room for Tzuyu, shaking his head disappointed, when he finally saw her. His eyes were definitely filled with disappointment, but also empathy, as he walked over to the girl, hugging her.

"We don't want any harm for you kid." He said in a calm voice, petting her head for a second. "We're going to figure it out. And while we're definitely trying to make you guys better people, if you cause trouble like this, no other solution is there but to lie."

He hugged her for a few seconds before he stood right next to her. "Come on. Enough crying. You're too pretty for tesrs." He smiled at her as he helped the girl up as and guided her out of the office, and out of the building.

"Are you hungry?" He asked as soon as their feet hit the pavement, to which the girl just shook her head, still sniffling a bit.

Sighing, he looked at her and spoke. "Tzuyu-ah... Let me treat you to something. We can talk and see what the issue is here. Don't be scared, you won't be fired from the company. You won't be taken away from the girls. I just want to talk and see what the problem is. You're a human after all, you're allowed to make mistakes. And learn from them as well." He gave her a knowing look, as she nodded her head, and he motioned for them to go with his hand.

It was a rather convenient day for Momo and Sana, as the two girls found themselves alone in the dorm. Although they didn't know about it yet.

Momo was in the shower, while Sana was in her room with a book in front of her. She was taking a driver's license test and she wanted to do well on it. Although it was actually in a few days, and the girl has barely even started, so she tried to memorize as best as possible.
