Chapter 21

Chaeyoung was confused. If that was what heartbreak felt like then she wished she never let anyone have her heart in the first place.

It was very weird how something could happen so fast, how a situation could change in seconds, and how a heart could be broken in thousands of pieces.

It all happened so fast. Chaeyoung was enjoying Mina's soft hug one second, and the next she's trying to find out why the older members are not letting her see whatever was on their phone, making up excuses like "it's nothing", or "it's no big deal". Annoyed by them, Chaeyoung just took her own phone and searched Tzuyu's name on it.

When she saw the videos and pictures, she sat back onto the floor, dumbfoundedly staring at her phone. Her face showed confusion as her eyebrows were furrowed, but her heart was definitely not confused as she could feel each piece break one by one.

She let one small tear leave her eye as she noticed that all three members were around her now. Momo and Mina were at her sides, while Nayeon stood in front of her, forcing her to look at her with her hand under her chin.

"Tell me how you're feeling Chaeng." Nayeon said softly, prompting the younger to say it.

"I-.." Chaeyoung stuttered. "Betrayed? Heartbroken?"

Nayeon sighed as she pulled the younger into her embrace. "Tzuyu probably didn't even mean to do that. She was drunk, you know she loves you." Nayeon tried to reason but Chaeyoung scoffed.

"Who are we kidding? I'm never good enough when she's drunk, she knew what she was doing."  She said bitterly, rubbing her eyes, trying to make sleepiness disappear.

"We should take you to bed." Nayeon said as Mina already had one hand around Chaeyoung's back, pulling her up.

"I got it." Mina said as she lead the younger to her room.

Stumbling through their building with a drunk Tzuyu clinging onto her, Jeongyeon had a hard time breathing, since she basically had to carry the younger. Putting her down against the wall next to the door she sighed. She started rummaging through her bag to find the key to their dorm, sighing again when she realized she didn't have it. Putting her bag back onto her shoulder she knocked twice, and the door was already wide open.

Jihyo gasped at the sight in front of her.
"What took you so long?" She asked as she helped Jeongyeon bring the youngest in and put her on the only free space on the couch, not occupied by other members.

"The fact that she had to throw up every ten minutes.." Jeongyeon said frustrated as she tried to catch her breath.

The girl might seem tough, but she's really delicate, and it was hard for her to bring Tzuyu up all those stairs and really take care of her for that long. Especially since the youngest hurt her feelings by acting like that towards her.

Tuzyu groaned at the light bothering her eyes as she reached with her hand to cover them. Nayeon stood up to turn it off as she spoke.

"All of us need to have a talk." She then turned the small lamp light on as she sat on the floor staring at Tzuyu.

"Where are Mina and Chaeyoung?" Jeongyeon asked when she noticed the two were absent.

"Chaeyoung wasn't feeling well so Mina took her to take a nap." Nayeon informed, still staring at Tzuyu, as if the younger was going to throw up or pass out at any second, Nayeon wasn't sure.

Tzuyu laughed bitterly as she shook her head. "Of course."

That was all she could say before she clutched onto her stomach. Nayeon quickly grabbed Tuzyu and took her to the bathroom, as she threw up once again. Tzuyu started crying, louder than they ever heard her cry before. Soon she started choking on her own cries as Nayeon helped her wash up and hugged her. She cried for a few minutes, letting out a weak "I'm sorry" as her tears continued to roll down her cheeks.
