Madison's Pov:

I was getting ready for school, happily slipping into my heels. After my run-in with Cole, he had the idea of extending his stay to do a semester at NYU. I walked downstairs, seeing a smirking Blair at the end of the staircase before hearing my mother shout for me.

"Madison Stephanie Waldorf!" she shouted as I quickly walked over, my eyes widened at the sight of my bare shots that Cole took all over the table. I quickly went to collect them.

"Mom! Where did you get these!" I said as she grabbed a couple back.

"Blair gave them to me," she said as I groaned. That bitch.

"Mom they were just pictures- its nothing like that," I said as she raised her hand up to silence me for a moment.

"I mean you're an adult. I don't want these photos out. But, this photographer is amazing. What's his name?" she said looking over at me.

I smiled weakly, "Cole. Would you like me to arrange a meeting?" I said as she sighed with a nod.

"Well we should at least get something about it," she said as I giggled. I heard Blair groan, turning to look as she grabbed her things harshly. I frowned, walking over.

"May I ask why you did me dirty like that? Blair I thought we were fine," I said softly. She scoffed.

"Every  time you come home, you take the spotlight. I'm over it," she snapped as I frowned.

"Blair come on, I know you're like this with Serena but I'm your sister," I spoke softly. "Why do you feel threatened by me? We're both two very different people," I said as she huffed.

"Please, I'm not threatened by you. It was just another of Chuck's and mine's games that we play. You wouldn't get it," she hummed as I rolled my eyes.

"You two are made for each other," I muttered walking back to my room, calling Cole.

Chuck's Pov:

Blair had come to my place, telling me everything about that Cole boy. Supposedly, he went over this afternoon and completely won over her mother. I was drinking my whiskey.

"I just can't stand him. He's so California," she muttered as I smirked.

"Well, maybe we could run him out of town. Those L.A kids don't understand the monarchy we have here in Manhattan. Why don't we teach him?" I said as she smiled widely.

"Oh Chuck, the two of us, we're invincible."

We decided that the perfect place to strike was Serena's 20th birthday party the Empire was hosting. We had convinced Nate and Serena that this Cole boy was no good, and they all decided they would help.

Mady and Cole walked in, holding Serena's gift. Serena was the first to make her move. She grabbed the gift from Cole's hands, shaking it and examining.

"Jeez, there wasn't a budget you know," she said tossing it aside. "Well, maybe for yourself," she said giving him a dirty look, his eyes hardening a bit as he brushed her off. Mady's eyes softened, a smile growing on my face as Nate went to wrap his arm around Serena.

"Oh Mady! Is this the guy from London you were telling us about?" he said as Mady frowned.

"No. There wasn't a guy from-" Nate quickly continued.

"Madrid? Paris? Barcelona? Well, maybe somewhere cold. He looks too pale to be from Barcelona," he said as Cole's jaw clenched, quickly leading Mady by the waist to another place.

"Can we please fucking leave?" I could hear him mutter as I walked over.

"No, not yet. I-I. This isn't like them-" she said as I grabbed her from Cole.

"Mady darling," I said running my hand up and down her waist as she frowned, trying to pull away as I went to kiss her cheek. "How's my favorite lady doing?" I whispered as she tried to fight me off her.

"What are you talking about Chuck?" she muttered in disgust as Blair walked over.

"We were thinking of asking Serena to join us," she smiled, squeezing Mady's ass lightly as she screamed, Cole quickly going to punch me in the face, the guest gasping. He quickly grabbed Mady.

"Security! Quick! This lunatic is grabbing my sister!" Blair called, harshly pulling Mady back as she reached for Cole.

"This is enough!" she said harshly as Cole shook his head, security coming up to him.

"Don't bother," he snapped harshly at the guards before turning to look at Mady. "I'll let myself out. If these are the friends you talk so highly about, I don't want anything to do with them. I'm going home," he muttered coldly as Mady frowned.

She harshly slapped Blair, pushing her back as I quickly went. "Mady, watch yourself," I snapped at her. She clenched her jaw.

"You! You had something to do with this didn't you!" she screamed, pushing me harshly.
"You have Blair," she said pushing me once more, "You have a FUCKING relationship, but that wasn't enough, wasn't it?" she said with another harsh push. "You had to go fuck up mine too," she said coldly. " How did you get Blair to do it hm? Or does she not know we spent all my second semester fucking. Or at least until you realized I wasn't worth your fucking time," she muttered coldly, tears brimming my eyes as I now began to see the damage I've done. I was being childish. I looked her over intently.

"Mady I-" she harshly punched me,  knocking me against the wall as I quickly went to cup my face.

"Fuck you," she said before turning to look at Blair,Serena and Nate. "Fuck all of you. If you guys were really my friends, you would never do me dirty like this," she said coldly before walking out.

Mady's Pov

The Upper East Side? Toxic, hostile, competitive. Survival. It's either attack or be attacked. Survival of the fittest. I was done. This was the last time Blair and Chuck hurt me. I was harshly turning the corner when I stumbled into Dan. My eyes softened, "Dan? What are you doing out here?" I said drying my tears.

"I was just walking. Didn't realize how far I've gone," he said, his eyes as red as mine. My eyes softened.

"Did Serena not invite you to her party?" I said quietly. He shrugged.

"Uh yeah, but I didn't feel like going," he said as I sighed.

"You're not missing much," I spoke as my stomach growled. "Shit, I should have gotten a slice of cake before I left," I laughed weakly as he laughed with me.

"Why don't we go and grab a bite to eat? There's an amazing pizzeria near my loft in Brooklyn," he said as I smiled.

"I'd like that. We never got to finish Hello Dolly," I said as he chuckled, waving over a taxi as I stepped into it.
