My weird ass dream

What Happened?

I woke up again expecting to be back in my bed, in my home, and not in a dream. 

I was wrong..

"What happened?" How did I get here? Why aren't I back in my own body? I think I missed something. I tried going back to sleep but..

**BEEP** **BEEP** **BEEP**

 I threw the alarm clock on the ground and groaned while rolling over in the bed. "Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" 

"Get up lazy we're going to be late for school" said my sister. 

School? Oh no. I don't want to go to school! Wait a minute...My sister is 5 years older than me how are we both going to school? "Nyla?" 

"Yeah babe?"

"How are we going to the same school if we are 5 years apart?" She laughed. "Don't you remember silly? I got a job as a student teacher. Today's my first day. I think I might even be teaching your class.

Oh no.

"Wait WHAT??"

 "Shush child you might wake everyone up" said my mom as she walked into the room. "On second thought, yell louder you might wake up your brother and I won't have to." "What's all the yelling for anyway?" asked my mom.

"Nyla's going to be teaching my class." I whispered barely audible. I can't wrap my head around this. "Oh don't you remember that we've been discussing this for weeks? Wow it's like you just got here yesterday."

I chuckled.

"Now hurry up and get ready, we don't want to be late. The new kids are going to be starting today and we need to introduce them to the school." My mom then walked out the door. 

"Wait mom!"

"Yes?" She responded peeking her head into the door. "What do you mean 'we'?" I asked her. "It's like you got hit on the head and got amnesia or something. Baby, it's always been customary for the principal to introduce new kids at the school." She left the room again.

Principal?

"Are you feeling okay?" my sister asked with concern on her face. "You look like you've seen a ghost."

I grabbed the pillow I was lying on and placed it over my face and screamed into it. "Now I am." I told her after removing the pillow. 

I guess I'm going to school now. Time to see what other surprises await me.
