"Do you have any how worried I was and how late it is!?" he asked

"Yes and No plus I was with Jason so nothing to worry about, we new him since...FOREVER!!" I replied defending myself

"And that too! you were with Jason! and you said you were going to come home in twenty minutes or so but it's been an hour! AN. HOUR! Alice!"

"Oh my GOD! would you stop! you're not my dad and plus I trust Jason!"

"Well I am" Jeff...er...dad said emerging from the corner of the house "And I don't trust him! so I want you to stay away from him!"

"Tsk tsk WOW! really you two are ganging up on me!? first of all DAD." I said pointing at Jeff "Where the HELL were you when I needed you!? and Mark!" I said pointing at Mark with a disgusted face "We knew him FOREVER! and you want me to stay away from him NOW!? WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!?" I asked my eyes getting watery as I dashed outside the house and ran ads fast as I could anywhere anywhere that's not here! I fished my phone out of my pocket thinking that I can only run to one person 'Jason'

"Hello Alice? What's wrong" he said through the line

"Ja-Jason ca-can you ple-please pi-pick me up?" I asked sobbing

"O-OK I'll be right over! Wait where are you?"

"I'm..I'm I-i don't know! please get me Jason!" I said as I continue to sob

"OK! do you see anything familiar?"

"I-I see a sign, I'm in the park please get me"

"I'm on my way, don't hang up stay with me"

"Okay" I replied, after a few minutes of him comforting me through the phone, I saw him park his car on the dirt he made his way to me and guided me to his car

"Well, it's four in the morning and I'm hungry wanna get some breakfast?" he asked and I just nodded in response not wanting to open my mouth, because as soon as I do I know I'm just going to break into tears in front him-

"Do you want to eat anything-hello earth to Alice?" Jason asked breaking my train of thought

"Uhm-" I shrugged my head in response

"Wanna talk about it?" he asked

"No.." I replied looking away

"Fine, then do you want to go the Shadow World?"

"The Shadow World, what's that?"

"Really that wonderful place that we went to, where I manifested the hamster and the gazebo?"

"Ohh, sure maybe it'll get things off my mind" I replied as circle light started to glow under our feet "Wait wouldn'tthe people in the restaurant see it?"

"No, I put up facade so they won't notice anything all they see is us talking" he said with a smile "It'll be fine" he continued as he patted my arm reassuring me and not a second later we arrived in 'Wonderland' but my thoughts still keep going back to Mark and his warning then it started raining and Mark appeared in front of me

"Ho-how!?" I asked as my voice became smaller

"Alice! Alice! Look at me calm down! you're thinking of him and what happened relax..calm your thoughts..think of something happy" he said and I thought of the happiest thing that I can it was the three of us playing together in the orphanage. The rain stopped and Mark was gone it was sunny again and there were three kids playing in front of us a girl and two boys it was..us

"Are you okay?" Jason asked worriedly

"Yah" I replied "Anyway I have questions for you"

"Oh boy I knew this was coming" he said sighing and manifesting a panda in front of us "So..what do you want to know?"

"Okay..so how do you know this place, how'd you find it, what's a shadow crawler, and how many hours or minutes does this place take away from our world?"

"Well first..since forever I guess, I have no clue how I found it, and I can't quite exactly tell you what a shadow crawler is I'm sorry, and this place takes away about half the time in our world.. for example if you were gone for thirty minutes here that an hour in the other world" he said as he manifested a shoot of bamboo and fed the panda with it

"I don't get it! why!? WHY CAN YOU NOT TELL the answers that I want!? why!?" I asked panicking

"Well, because you don't need them you just want them" he replied calmly

"So who are you to me?" I asked

"Well, that's up to you.."

"Wait..Wha- I-I don't mean like that I mean-well-you know what I mean!"

"I'm just kidding just trying to light up the mood here..I'm your guard I guess?" he said chuckiling a little

"What do you mean?" I asked

"You'll see soon enough" he said as the panda and everything else that he manage to manifest dissapear

"Ugh..there you go again! wait so does this mean you know who my parents are?"

"Yup..knew it the whole time I'm sorry we hid from you..we were just following orders"

"Wait WE!? you don't mean-UGH!"

"And one more thing..Mark and I are brothers now let's go back I think the food's ready"

"You and Mark are-WHAAA!? is that all?"

"Probably not..but we gotta go..come on"

"YOU ARE TELLING ME! right after we get back.."

"If I feel like it" he said as he stuck his tongue out to tease me
