We all want internal peace, but everything around us challenges that.
And what does Allah say?
Verily in the remembrance of Allah do Hearts find peace (rest) .
What this means is that:
When we see someone richer than us, we feel small, we feel a bit jealous.
But no, remember Allah at that time
Say Masha'Allah (what Allah has willed)
And we will find peace that Allah has blessed that individual and that He too can bless us for He does injustice to no one.
When we get ill thoughts, we get troubled and depressed, thiking there's something wrong with us.
Say Astagfirullah and Auzibillah
Say Astagfar and seek refuge in Allah from Whispers of Shaitan.
When we get success and get really happy and get afraid that we might lose that success or become proud of it.
Then say Alhumdulillah
Praise Allah swt for he is the one that gave us what we have and if he wills he can take it away as well.
We make plans, plans fail and change, all leading to anxiety.
Say In'sha'Allah, If Allah wills.
Allah swt is the best planner, He will take care of us better than the plan we have made for ourselves.
See?
Remembering Allah swt just by ONE phrase gives our heart so much PEACE.
Imagine reading the Qur'an
SubhanAllah
Imagine how much at peace we would be :D
NOTHING and NO ONE would be able to take away our peace, if we remember Allah swt in EVERYTHING we do.
Let our Hearts remember Allah swt because our Hearts are made BY Allah and FOR Allah swt.
And when we let our Hearts do what it was made for, it'll be the easiest thing possible and only then will we find everlasting peace.
