THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW

"Why, it seems like something good had happened between you two yesterday." Chaeri raised her brow with a sly smile on as she spotted the newly formed couple enter the office, both having a small shy smile on their face.

Chan peeked out from beneath his table, butting in, "Hey, say that to me and Yura too."

"Oh hell no." Yura gave Chan a slap on the back, while Min just ignored them and sipped on her americano.

"What, it's not like we're not official! You accepted my proposal yesterday, did you not remember?" Chan gasped dramatically and stood up, now standing fully straight, towering over Yura. He then smirked mischievously as he leaned closer to Yura, the latter flinching before her face started to have redness upon realizing the distance.

"Behave, you're at work." Laura snapped her fingers at the duo.

"Right, you're at work. Keep those when you're alone." Chaeri rolled her eyes, "I'm going to need some shades."

"Fine." Chan scoffed, but in a playful way, and Yura let out some air she held in, patting her chest while her tensed up body starts to relax.

After a few minutes, Jisung and Bae Eun finally got to the rest of the "designers" with their very slow pace, just walking slowly like any other couple does all the time.

"The two love birds have finally came~" Chaeri sang, giving her fellow good friend a touched smile which turned out funny. Bae Eun laughed, almost about to take her phone out to take a picture of it for future uses (blackmail).

"You guys are finally official." Laura came ahead, smiling almost too happily.

"I never said anything-" Jisung spoke up, before his eyes darted to Bae Eun, "Did you?"

Bae Eun shook her head.

"Come on, we've been shipping you two since Day 1. Plus you two were basically holding hands just now, we're not blind okay." Chaeri then did the finger guns move and Min rolled her eyes, mumbling something like "out fashioned" before returning to her americano.

A certain tall guy peeped behind, "Did you ship me and Yura-" "Shut up Chan I'm trying to make my superior ship sail to the highest peak."

"Me and Yura are the superior ship too-"

"Stop embarrassing me." And with the end of the sentence he got pulled away by Yura and to the outside.

Jisung just decided to smile all along, already not caring about whatever they'll say.

Bae Eun on the other hand, just decided to shut up and took out a thermos out of nowhere, already starting to sip on her tea.

The conversation (which only Chaeri was talking and Laura agreeing along) went on for nearly ten minutes until even Chan and Yura, the other couple has even returned.

"Say, Laura," Chaeri turned around facing Laura, a cheeky smile suspiciously creeping onto her face, "Can we take some time off job and go celebrate that our ship sailed?"

"As much as I want to, No. I still have kids to raise, college and university fees are very expensive."

"Bae Eun," Jisung started, stealing glances at the lady next to him.

Work has ended, and the two decided to walk back home together, like how couples usually do in the novels. Well, they live next to each other anyway...

Bae Eun reacted upon his call, head perking up from looking at the road, "Yeah?" Her lips curved.

"I..."

He paused for awhile, the one he adores a little too much looked so beautiful with the sunlight shining on her. He regained his senses after a few blinks and a confused head tilt from her.

"I just wanted to tell you thank you for accepting me." Jisung gathered his courage and got hold of Bae Eun's hand, some tears were forming in his eyes.

He thought that he would lose her after he confesses, he never thought she would accept him. Maybe once or twice, but the thoughts never lasted long. He was lacking self-confidence.

Squeezing his hands, Bae Eun gave him a reassuring smile, "You don't have to." Her thumb began circling on his hand, it was a little ticklish.

"I like you, Jisung." Her words were soft, melting in Jisung's ears. Her fingers trailed on his face before softly wiping a tear that escaped his eyes, her pair of beautiful eyes looked into his, they gave out a warm feeling to him.

And for some reason, he loved it.

The two ended up being together over the night although it's only the first day they became official, because eh they have way too much liking towards each other to behave like a newly formed couple.

Bae Eun woke up earlier than Jisung.

She stood up, feeling her body all sore from last night. And also, a little cold.

Sighing, she glanced at Jisung which had a blanket over him, covering his body and keeping him warm.

Bae Eun stretched, trying to get the soreness away, regretting internally about last night.

Shouldn't have cuddled and fell asleep on the couch. Jisung even stole the blanket away.
