Lili and Grant were situated on the exterior of Nandos which allowed the gentle yet frigid gust of wind to hit them. To say the chilly temperature wasn't bothering her would be pure fabrication. Lili shivered, unintentionally signalling to Grant that she was nearly frozen to the core. Suddenly, he rose and progressed to her side of the table. She observed him in puzzlement as he withdrew his costly sable bomber jacket and set it around her shoulders.
"Here, I can tell you are cold."
"I'm not cold"
"Tell that to the rest of you that is shivering."
A chuckle vacated her mouth which generated a beam to prance across his lips. Grant's smile was fetching to her but it couldn't even compare to Coles.
She exhaled as her endeavour was to move on from Cole, not ponder on how remarkable he is.
Concurrently, Cole zoomed in the vicinity of the fast food joint, inwardly praying that the date which was transpiring would be an outright catastrophe, but it wasn't. Lili's countenance exhibited bliss, something it had recently lacked. Envy promptly consumed him and shortly his occupancy was located before her.
"Lili,"
At the sound of his voice, she averted her field of vision upwards. A mixture of surprise and slight content spread in her expression.
"Cole?"
"Lils, I love you too. And I'm sorry I didn't see that earlier." That was all she'd wanted, but it was too late now.

She stood up.

"It's too late,"
"Are you kidding me, Lili?"
"Does it look like I'm kidding? You can't just waltz in here when I'm trying to get over you. You hurt me even if you didn't realise it at the time."
"Lili, please. I don't want to lose you,"
At this point, Cole was cupping her cheek and tears were brimming from his eyes. Grant shifted uncomfortably in his seat.
"Well you just did,"
