Welcome travelers! Welcome to our home, you are just in time! Tonight/Today we share a special story that Disney adapted to fit their mold. *twitch* But before we begin with anything to do with that, we first must explain some ground rules and terms used in the story.
First: you will hear some words that Disney translated as Demigod called Kupua. Now this isn't entirely true since some of the characters are technically not gods. They are like people on steroids given by the gods, People++ if you watched Red and Blue's Overly Sarcastic Productions. (Shout out to my favorite Youtubers ever!!! Keep being overly sarcastic you beautiful heathens.)
Second: These characters do not belong to me. As said the story or at least a lot of it belongs to the Hawaiian culture as well as Disney. The characters themselves belong to Dreamworks Voltron Legendary Defenders. I am simply doing a parody or satire using these concepts and characters to retell a fun story.
Third: I DID NOT CREATE THIS IDEA! Shout out to all those in the Voltron Fandom who took the time to actually draw out, write out, and animate fanworks that inspired this story! I'll make sure to include your works into the story somehow as well as some videos that I loved. I now merely add into the pile some new ideas! And new roles cause let's face it Lance and Hunk are not the main two I would choose for this, but have your own opinion. Speaking of:
Four: Like! Comment! Fallow! And ADD THIS TO THE LIBRARY! I'm always willing to hear what you have to say as long as it's positive and clean! Remember everyone has an opinion and are welcome to express them!
Five: Deadlines and Chapter Updates may be slow because I'm putting in some actual fact searching into this so every character gets a chance to be the person that would fit their mold perfectly. With a few exceptions.
And Six: This is just a story. This is a shipper's fandom story. If you don't like the fact that yes I'm throwing in some gay undertones or pairing up some of your NOTPs, don't flank the comments with negativity, just stop reading and go on to another island that suits you better.
