Whose Lauren?

I marched straight into bed but I could not fall asleep.

Bret fell asleep as well... or so I thought.

I turned my body and faced the alarm clock.

It read 2am.

Really, I had stayed up for that long.

I heard someone call my name. Shivers ran down my spine.

"Abby, I can't sleep just thinking about you." Bret said.

The shivers turned into butterflies in my stomach.

" so what do you want me to do then?" I asked.

" the beds kinda cold with only one person." Bret said.

" that's funny because I thought a single sized bad is supposed to be for one person." I said , rolling my eyes.

" Abby , what do you want me to do. Please come and sleep in my bed, I promise I won't do anything funny." Bret said in the most seductive voice I had ever heard.

"Fine, but if you so as touch me I'm out." I said, getting out of my bed and jumping into his.

He jumped in after me and said, "we will see about that."

He pulled me close to his chest and rested his chin on top of my head.

I fell silent and enjoyed his touch.

I felt a hand creep up my shorts and I immediately jerked his hand off.

" don't get to comfortable " i whispered.

"I don't know about that" he said.

"Lauren, I love you but I don't know why."

I jumped out of his bed and I said" why do you keep calling me Lauren, clearly your not yet over her."

" I'm sorry Laur- Abby" Bret said.

" don't talk to me!" I mumbled and I jumps back into my bed...

After about 7 minutes I turned my pillow around because it was soaking wet in my tears.

I felt a hand on my back and I shouted : don't you dare touch me!"

He jumped into his bed and said " I'm sorry abby" emphasising on the Abby part.

"Shut up!" I yeld back.

I heard light sobbers coming from Brets bed... but I wasn't even moved.

-----------time skip---------------

School for today was over. And I was was pleased that I had completed my Algebra assignment and hands it in on time.

I was heading back to my room.

I twisted the door nob and I was invited by a foul smell.

I turned on the lights, and to my surprise I found Bret and some chick making love in my room.

As the lights turned on, the girl rolled off Bret and turned around to face me.

She pulled the sheets to her chin covering her birthday suit. And Bret covered himself too.

"Abby, hy.  I didn't know you did not have afternoon lessons today." Bret saod, turning red.

"Surprise surprise , "I said tears rolling down my cheeks.

"Baby, whose this?" The chick asked.

"Baby!" I said shocked.

"Abby, we're not dating so she can call me baby if she wants." Bret said, turning to the girl,  and pressing the same lips that were on me we're now on her.

I stood there, dumbstruck. ' these are just the pills talking' i told myself.

I burst into tears and I screamed." Bret whose this."

" my bad , I forgot to introduce you guys, Abby , meet my girlfriend, Lauren."
Bret said , chuckling.
