Rose's P.O.V
I was sitting next to Dani. Dani was sitting next to Jonah. Jonah was sitting next to Bean. On the other side of me was Zach. Next to Zach was sitting next to jack and then ilana next to jack. I looked around to see everyone focused on the movie. I then looked to my left to see that there was now a lot of space between me and Zach. Next, I looked to my right to see only a few inches between me and dani. I was trying to figure out how I got so close to dani without realizing it. i decided not to worry about it and go back to the movie.
we were about half way through the movie when there was a jump scare and i jumped and let out a tiny scream. everyone except dani didn't even notice. he quietly laughed. i looked up to him only to see his gorgeous blue eyes. i stopped staring at him.
about 15 minutes later, there was another jump scare and of course i jumped again. except this time, i moved about 2 inches closer to dani leaving only about an inch between us. i really hoped he didn't mind but i was super scared. next thing i know, there was another jump scare and i accidentally moved closer to dani again. now, our legs were touching and i really was afraid he would move his leg away or something and make me feel embarrassed.
dani's p.o.v
i noticed that rose had moved closer to me leaving only an inch or two between us. i really didn't mind. soon, there was another jump scare and she moved closer to me again. this time her leg touched mine. i was able to see that she was scared. all of a sudden there was a jump scare again. rose jumped and i felt really bad. i wasn't thinking at all when i grabbed her hand. i whispered into her ear "shhh it's ok, don't be scared."
rose's p.o.v
i felt so safe. my hand in his.
(time skip to when the movie is over)
the movie is now over. thank goodness. that was a scary movie. "hey guys, wanna watch another movie?" asked Ilana. "sure!" both dani and i said at the same time. i looked down down to my hands only to see that dani was still holding my hand. i didn't know if i should let go or not. then i settled on a decision; if he lets go, i let go.
ilana's p.o.v
i look over to rose and daniel to find them holding hands. how cute.
dani's p.o.v
should i let go of rose's hand? nah, i don't want it to seem weird.

i suggested we watch the fault in our stars. everyone agreed so we started the movie. about an hour into the movie, i felt my eyes get heavy and then i fell asleep forgetting that i was on the couch next to dani.
dani's p.o.v
i was watching the movie when i felt a head on my left shoulder. i looked down as found rose asleep on my shoulder. i let her sleep because she looked so peaceful sleeping.
when the movie was over, i decided that to bring rose up to my room and let her sleep in my bed. i walked back down stairs and joined everyone in the kitchen. ilana went upstairs to the guest bedroom and went to sleep. everyone else stayed downstairs. it was about 1am when we all decided to go to sleep. i walked up to my room unsure of where to sleep. i got ready for bed while i thought about it. then i decided that i could sleep in my bed. i will just but a body pillow or two between us. it will all be fine.
