i started crying i had my back against the door. i was sitting on the ground. i heard daniel run down the hall. he started knocking on the door. "rose! i'm sorry! please let me in. i'm so sorry." he yelled from across the door. i just started crying even more. i'm so mad at myself! we were about to kiss. i ruined it. great.
dani's p.o.v
i kept knocking but she didn't answer. i could hear her crying on the other side of the door. i finally just slid my back down the door and sat down. i texted bean to come over. i really needed him. did i just ruin it? the girl who i want to be mine. i just ruined it. i'm so mad at myself. a tear slipped down my face.
i heard a knock. i jog to the front door and opened it to find zach, bean, and jonah. i let them in and asked jonah and bean to try to talk to her because the three of them are really close friends. zach stayed back with me and i told him everything. "bro, it's ok. she'll forgive you. i promise!" zach told me. i simply nodded my head as he turned on the tv.

rose's p.o.v
i heard knocking at the door. next i heard dani get up and jog to the door. all of a sudden i hear a know on the door. and then i hear two people jog up the ilana's door. "rose, let us in please. it's bean and jonah." bean said through the door. i sat there not saying a word. "we know you're in there. please, it's just us." jonah said. i stood up, unlocked the door, then opened it. i was still crying. "let's go to your room. how does that sound?" bean asked me. i nodded my head as the began to walk me to my room. we had to go through the living room in order to get to my room. we entered the living room and i saw daniel. i immediately put my head down and kept walking.
when we got to my room. we closed the door and all three of us sat down on my bed. i told them everything; from the movie to me running into ilana's room crying. "guys, i can't believe myself. i'm actually mad at myself. i chickened out." i told them. "wait, did you just say that you're mad?" bean asked. "yeah why" i asked him. "oooooo someone has a crush!" corbyn said quiet enough so daniel didn't hear. i stayed quiet and blushed a little. "you're right, i do. i like him! oh my gosh!" i said. "thats great!" jonah laughed.
after a little i started to remember earlier. i cried again and jonah hugged me. corbyn put on grey's anatomy. i felt so warm in jonah's hug. i eventually stopped crying. this is what best friends are for.
jonah's p.o.v
rose fell asleep in my arms. i got out of bed without waking her. corbyn turned off the tv and we put the covers over her. the boys and i are sleeping over tonight. bean and i walked out to zach and daniel to figure out where everyone would be sleeping. we decided that corbyn can sleep on the couch in the living room. i can sleep on the couch in rose's room. zach can sleep in liana's bed. one problem though. there was no where for daniel to sleep. the only place left was next to rose in her bed. "um daniel bro, your only option is to sleep in the same bed as her." i said out loud. "yeah, i guess you're right." daniel responded and both of us walked to rose's room.
daniel's p.o.v
i woke up the next morning to rose cuddled up next to me with her arms around my arm. i tried to slip my arm away to go make breakfast for everyone but she wouldn't let go. i turn over and jonah was looked at me with a smile. "she won't let go" i told him. "haha good luck" he said as he stood up and walked out of the room. i eventually gave up and started scrolling through instagram.
*15 minutes later*
rose opened her eyes and looked at me. she let go of my arm. "oh sorry" she told me. "no, I'm sorry for everything. i wasn't thinking if you were ready to kiss. i understand if you don't wanna talk to m-" she cut me off mid sentence. "dani, i forgive you. i just wanna go back to how everything was before." she said while looking into my eyes. "you do?" i asked. "yes" she explained. i was so happy right now. she forgives me! oh my gosh! i didn't ruin anything! i couldn't help but smile. I'm the happiest man alive right now!
we walked out of the room heading to the living room. "hey guys!" jonah half yelled. "hey!" both rose and i said at the same time.
rose's p.o.v
we ended up watching a movie. i wanted to watch something like the Fault In our Stars but they all out voted me. we ended up watching IT. i was actually so scared and we were only 2 minutes into the movie. dani had his arm around me. when there was a jump scare. i jumped and scooted closer to daniel. of course there was another jump scare and i jumped again. this time everyone was looking at me. "what?" i asked them. they all went back to watching the movie. at one point i got really scared. i looked away from the tv and snuggled my head into dani's chest.
at one point into the movie, daniel got up to go to the bathroom. of course there was another scary part. i jumped and went to hug dani but then i remembered he got up to go to the bathroom. bean noticed me jumping. "rose, come here. i'll keep you safe until daniel gets back." he spoke. i quickly got up and ran over to him. he put his arm around me.
