i walked back to the living room. i saw corb's arm around rose. i couldn't help but feel jealous. i sat back down in my seat. she looked over to me and scooted over to me. i put my arm around her and she lays her head on my shoulder.
eventually, the movie ended. "I'm gonna go get food. does anyone want anything? also, does anyone want to come?" rose asked. we all agreed on a place to get food from and rose and zach went to go pick it up. as soon as rose left, i turned to corbyn. "what the heck man?" i screamed to him. "what are you talking about?" corbyn asked. "she's mine! i was gone for like 3 minutes and i come back to your arm around her!" i yelled. "chill bro. we all know you like her. i would never do something like that to you. plus I'm dating christina. remember?" corbyn asked. "oh. sorry for lashing out at you. it's just that i really like her and i want to make sure that no one takes her before i can." i apologized. i heard the door open. i saw zach and rose walk back in with wendy's.
we stuffed our faces with food and laughed so hard. it was so fun. everyone here is basically family to me. rose, rose however in my crush. i really like her. but does she like me? i hope so. i want to ask her out but what if she isn't ready? ugh. what do i do?
*2 weeks later*
rose's p.o.v
ilana and jack finally came how. they are dating now. i totally ship it. on the other hand, daniel and i have been going on dates for the past week and a half. we aren't girlfriend and boyfriend though. i really like him.
daniel texted me.
dani ;) : hey rose! just letting you know that i will be picking you up in 30 minutes. dress casual! see you soon!

i ran to my room and picked out an outfit. i put on a white shirt that said "idk. google it" as well as some jean shorts. i did a natural makeup look. i straightened my hair and slipped on some pink checkered vans. just as i was grabbing my purse, the doorbell rang. i ran to the door bell and opened it to dani. "hey dani!" i exclaimed. "heyyyy!" he said. he handed me a rose. " i thought it would be kinda funny because your name is rose!" he laughed. i giggled and brought the rose inside. i filled up a vase with water and put the rose in it. "okay! I'm ready!" i told daniel. he led me to his car and he drove me to the beach. at the beach there was a fair going on. "no way dani!" i screamed. he laughed. "yes way!"
we ran around playing games. dani won me a huge pink teddy bear! "aww thank you!" i exclaimed. he smiled at me. next he pulled me over to the ferris wheel. how cute, i thought. when it was our turn, we got onto the cart and it was now 9pm. it was dark outside so i looked over the beach. it looked beautiful. as we reached the top, daniel tapped me on the shoulder. i turned to him. he started to speak.
"rose, when i met you i knew there was something special about you. you have the best sense of humor, you have the cutest laugh ever. dont even get me started on your gorgeous smile. you are beautiful and kind and funny. i like you. like a lot. will you be my girlfriend?" he asked. the biggest smile formed on my face. "yes, daniel seavey, i will be your girlfriend" i told him. "i was hoping you'd say that" he said as me hugged me really tight. this is definitely the best night ever.
as we got of the ferris wheel hand in hand, i smiled at him. he smiled back. " wanna get ice cream?" he asked? "is that even a question? of course i want ice cream!" daniel laughed at my excitement. we ran to the closest ice cream place and got two mint chocolate chip ice creams. once we finished, walked to the car. dani drove back to my place.

rose wanted to watch a movie. i agreed with her. jack was in the house with ilana. they ended up watching with us. soon enough, rose fell asleep on me shoulder. I'm a lucky man.
*2 months later*
rose's p.o.v
dani and i were cuddling on a love seat. we were watching grey's anatomy. "i love you" daniel whispered into my ear out of nowhere. "i looked up at him and looked into his eyes. "i love you too" i said. wow. he really is the right guy for me. this is the first time that we've ever said those 8 letters to each other. i really do love him.
