Chapter Fourteen

~Jeremy's POV~

"Hey guys!" Rich had opened the door and gave a little wave and I waved back.

"Hey Rich. Sorry we came so early, we ju-"

"It's cool, come on in" He turned around and walked forward, Michael and I following behind him. We took off our shoes as I saw Jake come towards us.

"Hey loveb-" Rich elbowed him and gave him a death stare, making Jake chuckle nervously "g-guys!" I turned to Michael to see if he was just as confused as I was but his face was as redder than a tomato, just like it was when I saw him staring at me before. I shrugged it off as we followed Rich and Jake upstairs. "Alright guys, what do you wanna do?"

"Ooh! Let's play Truth or Dare!" Rich spoke up as I saw Michael's face go redder, Jake chuckling a bit.

"L-let's watch TV!" Michael stammered again, his voice wavering. Rich groaned and Jake nodded. "Sure! Follow me downstairs!" I followed behind Rich and Jake who were hand in hand. I slowed my pace a bit to let Michael catch up with me.

"You alright Micha?" He nodded quickly, flashing me a smile.

"Better than ever, Jer-Bear" I smiled back as he picked up the pace since Jake and Rich were already there. We jumped onto the couch, Michael and I on opposite sides of the couch, Jake beside me and Rich beside Michael. Jake turned on the TV and picked an episode of the Simpsons from a place with a bunch of movies and shows you could get for free. I saw Rich scoot closer to Michael as the TV show started.

~Michael's POV~

I calmed myself down as the show started. I looked to my left and saw Rich right beside me, making me jump a bit.

"Calm down Michael, I just wanna talk" He chuckled and spoke in a hushed tone so no one else but me could hear.

"About what?" I spoke quietly as well, not wanting Jeremy to hear or interrupt the show.

"You know what" He smirked at me and wriggled his eyebrows, making me blush furiously. I hid my face in my arms, causing Rich to chuckle again. "I just wanted to say Michael, you can't chicken out. The thing that we're planning isn't the most romantic thing on planet earth, but it hopefully works"

I slowly took my face out of my arms, still blushing. "What's the plan?"

"You'll just have to wait and see" He had a smug look on his face and moved back to Jake, resting his head on his shoulder. I sighed and continued to watch the show, having no clue what was going on.

I heard the doorbell ring and Jake perked up. He paused the show and walked towards the door. "Hey guys!" I heard him say. Following that was a bunch of 'Hey!'s as I saw Chloe strut in like she owned the place, Brooke timidly following behind her. Behind them was Jenna who was happily chatting with Christine beside her while Jake closed the door and made his way back as well with all of their bags.

"That's everyone, right?" Rich asked Jake while turning off the TV, Jake nodded.

"Yup, took you guys long enough. It's already 7:00!" I was in awe, I didn't know we had been here for so long just watching different TV shows. I guess we were extremely early or they were just extremely late, it didn't matter though, everyone was here. "Have you guys had dinner? Us four had lunch, but I made-" He stopped talking when Rich gave him another death stare, making Jake sigh and roll his eyes. "Rich made some dinner for us"
