You can STILL post and spam there ANYTIME. However, once I saw you spamming and interacting there without doing your IC/Zelenian interactions in your message boards, in your home, or in other places in the Lunaverse, I will give you a sanction and these are the following consequences:
1ST OFFENSE - You will be banned from the OOC-Spam room for a day
2ND OFFENSE - You will be banned from the OOC-Spam room fo 3 days
3RD OFFENSE - You will be banned from joining activities and games
4TH OFFENSE - You will be kicked out from the roleplay house
