Chapter 5

Tao's P.O.V

When i arrived outside Sooyeon's ward, i glanced in through the window and the twins are soundly alseep. I opened the door gently so that i wouldn't wake them up. I tiptoed towards them and look at them sleep. I may sound creepy, i know but Jiyeon looks like an angel when she's asleep.

Suddenly, Jiyeon flung open her eyes and she was startled to see me so near her.

"Aish you scared me..." She said and clenched her chest as if she've got a heart attack.

"I'm sorry." I quickly apologized.

"It's okay. By the way, why are you hear? It's 3am and visiting hours are over." She said while she mess with her hair.

"Oh uhm n-nothing. I need to talk to you, follow me." I said nervously.

She followed me up to the rooftop, this is the only chance i have to taste her blood.

"What do you want to talk about?" She yawned. How rude.

I leaned closer into her and our faces are now inches apart. Her eyes widen in surprised,

"Y-Yah, w-what do you w-want?" She stummered.

"Can you talk softly? Your voice is too loud." I said coolly and smirked. But wait, why is my heart beating so fast?

What 's happening to me? Why is my heart racing?

"So w-what do you w-want?" She repeat again and her cheeks are turning crimson.

I starred into her eyes and smirked.

"T-Tao ah, why are your eyes red? What's happening?" She asked anxiously and cupped my cheeks. There goes my heart again...

Her warm and gentle touch. No, i shouldn't do this...

*Aishhh forget it.*

"Forget what happened between us and go back to your sister's ward and sleep." I compounded her.

Why did i let her go?

I should take this chance to suck her blood, not let her go.

Why is my heart beating so fast?

Why do i like it when she touches me?

No it can't be, i can't fall in love with her! I'm a vampire for god's sake, i can't fall in love with a human!!

You must be insane Zitao ah, come back to reality!

By the time i reached home, it's already 6am and Suho hyung is waiting for me on the couch with a grumpy face.

"Where did you went? Do you know what time is it now?" Suho hyung asked me with a frown.

"None of your business." I said coolly and quicky went back to my room to prepare for school.

*Mianhae hyung, i can't tell you my secret....*

After preparing, i came back to the living room and everyone else is ready. I glanced around and realized Baekhyun hyung and Kris hyung wasn't around. I didn't bother to ask the rest of them as well.

*Hyung, where did you went?*

*Maybe they're already in school?*

Taeri's P.O.V

I chatted with Sooyeon and found out that Tao and his brothers were still alive. Sooyeon's wound was obviously the mark of a vampire's fangs, one of them must have attacked her and i'm guessing it's Tao. I compounded Sooyeon's doctor so that he could forget everything and thinks that she was attacked by an animal. He could have informed the police if i wasn't there.

While i was chatting with Sooyeon, there was a sudden noise coming from outside. I quicky went to to check and i smelled a guy's fragrance. After awhile, a boy came out from Sooyeon's ward and i stopped him,

"Annyeong, babo." I said with a smirk,

"What are you doing here, bitch? Are you gonna turn her into a vampire too?" He hissed.

"I should be asking you that, Baekhyun. Long time no see anyway, how are you and Tao?" I shot him an evil look.

"You don't need to know." He said coolly and walked off

How dare he just walk off! Didn't his Suho mama teach him some manners? Tsk.

A few minutes later, i saw Jiyeon walking towards the rooftop so i followed her. When we arrived on the rooftop, i saw my favorite boy, Huang Zitao. Long time no see, Tao ah. I hide behind the pots of plants so that i'd be able to see them clearly without them spotting me.

Tao looked so different from the past, he became more handsome and sexy. You're tempting me to torture you again, Zitao ah.

Kris's P.O.V

It's past midnight and Tao is not home yet, where did he went? I went out to buy some drink and walked to the park near our house. I spotted Baekhyun sitting on the bench and he was alone.

I walked towards him and sat down, he looked at me with sorrow in his eyes.

"Uri Baekhun ah, why do you look so sad?" I asked and sipped on my drink.

"Hyung, Taeri is in this city." He said.

"Arra. Take it easy, my dongsaeng." I said and stroked his back.

"How did you know?" He asked in surprise.

"Actually i was turned into a vampire by her before she did it to you. Of course i know every of her moves." I said and sighed.

"Hyung, are you serious? How did you know Taeri?" He asked.

"Yup, i knew Taeri 5 years ago. She's my ex girlfriend. We played, we ate together and etc. I know she's a vampire before she even turned me into one." I answered.

"You know she's a vampire and why did you still get close to her?!" He exclaimed.

"I believe in her because i love her until she turned me. I was stupid in love, i trust too easily. You'll know how it feels like to trust someone with all your heart when you're in love, Baekhyun ah." I sighed and drapped my arm across his shoulders.

"Ah... I thought it was Tao whom turned you into a vampire all the while." He mumble.

"And because of her, Tao totally changed. He wasn't the Tao we all used to know anymore..." He continued. I could see sadness in his eyes.

"He's actually not like what you all ought to think. He might change but that's only his outer personality, he's still the same in the inside." I explained.

"How do you know?" He asked.

"Tao is my closest brother, of course i know that." I uttered. Thinking of Tao makes me want to cry but i have to be man and endure it.

"Hyung." Baekhyun looked at me.

"Nae?" I said.

"Thanks for talking out with me, i feel much better now." He said with a faint smile.

"No need to thank me, that's what brothers are for, right?" I smiled and held out my fist.

"Right." He said and bumped my fist.
