Third's point of view

Every cop was looking for Celine Kyle. Everyone was freaking out about the killer who now killed 10 people in three days.

About Jerome Valeska, he's worried about his girlfriend. Every inmate is watching the news every time the reporter talks about Celine.

"Next up, the killer Celine Kyle. She escaped from Arkham Asylum three days ago and already murdered 10 people." The reporter said on the news and everyone stopped what they were doing and payed attention to the screen, including Jerome.

"The people who were murdered are Nora Chapman, Michael Gomez, Julianna & Liana Peters, Daniel Logan, Kelsey Johns, Kayley Rose, Willa Taylor, Jimmy Gatt and Evangeline Galavan." The reporter said with grief and Jerome grins, knowing that Celine finally did it.

"Prayers to families. My condolences to all to the families who lost a beautiful soul." The reporter cries but continues to speak about Celine.

"So, if someone spots her or anything, call the police immediately."

A few hours later, Celine stole the channel 9 van and decided to do a broadcast for all of Gotham citizens to watch.

The reporter was instantly told that the van was stolen and everyone payed attention to the screen again. Even the cops, inmates, guards, the teenagers who are watching the news and hell even, penguin.

"This evening, channel 9 has been stolen. We will now play the broadcast and watch what the person will say." The reporter says terrified and the channel flicked, a person making weird noises with her tongue.

"Oh shoot ! It's on!" The person says taking off the creepy mask, it was Celine Kyle but she looked different.

Her mouth looked like it was cut, making a bloody grin and it looked like it was cut recently.

"Hello! So, a lot of you may know me but probably a lot of you don't. So, I am going to introduce myself nicely." She grins creepily and Jerome was shook.

"I am Celine Kyle."

She was in some unfamiliar building that was covered almost blood and there was a dead person hanging behind her. It looked disturbing to the cops but it looked fascinating to the crazies ones.

"I forgot what I wanted to say..." she chuckles. "Oh yeah.."

"I'm gonna make this city mad !" She yells smiling and goes close the camera to her face.

"I will make everyone mad." She whispers. "Even you, Jimbo and your folks. I will show your dark side and make this city mine."

"People will go insane and people will murder each other."

"You cops will eventually go nuts too." She grabs a python gun and puts one bullet on there, making Jerome worried.

"One." She reloads the gun and aims at her head, pulling the trigger but nothing came out.

"So, here's my proposal, I kill all the people who refuses the idea and they will ended up.."
