Jayy's P.O.V

-

Ring ring ring ring ring ring ring

"Ugh, shut the fuck up Brad.." Dahv's growled in my chest, wiggling to get closer to me.

I blinked my eyes open, looking over to see where the noise was coming from. Something bright caught my vision and I sighed, grabbing my phone, not even bothering to look at the caller ID before answering it, not able to help my slurry-sleep speach, "Hello?"

"Jayy? Dude, where are you? You sound drunk- no wait, you're sleeping huh?" Mason's voice was loud on the other end of the reciever, making my ears hurt a little.

"I'm at home. And yes, I was sleeping." I muttered, looking down to see that Dahv's has blinked his eyes open before looking at me confused.

"Dude, you're seriously late for school. We're all at lunch. And where's Dahvie?" He asked and I think he was talking with his mouth full.

"We decided to ditch," I answered, not wanting to go into detail because I was too tired, "We're both at home. Thanks for the wake-up call."

"You're very welcome," He said in his honey-sweet tone he used to adults, "Anyways, me and Brad want to come over after school, he says he misses his little brother after the whole... incident with their mother."

I frowned, remembering how Brad's face looked as he saw his mother's corpse, knowing him and Dahv's hasn't talked since, "Sure, no problem."

"Okay! I got to go, the teachers will take my phone away if they saw I was talking to you and then my mother would then kill me. Byeee."

"Byes," I said before pulling the phone away from my ear, clicking 'end call'.

"Who was that?"

"Mason," I answered, looking over to see that he has sat up and started stretching, making his shirt rise up so I could see his stomach, "Him and Brad are coming here when they get out of school."

He smiled when I said that, letting his arms drop on the bed in front of him as he looked over at me, "Good. I really miss my brothers, I actually want to play football," He confessed, looking down as a small frown tipped on his lips, "I haven't seen any of them since mum died.."

I sat up and reached over, wrapping my arms around his waist and pulled him to me, liking that I felt him relax immediatly, "Mum is going to be gone for another six days. You want to invite them over? Your dad could come too."

He turned in my arms, looking at me with a surprised expression, "Seriously?"

I smiled, nodding once, "Seriously."

"Speakind of dad.." he muttered, reaching over and grabbed his phone, and I watched as he scrolled through his contacts, clicking on one that said 'Lowlife', bringing it to his ear.

"Brad?" He asked, but right when he did he rolled his eyes, "I'm sorry, dad, uh, I just wanted to know on how you were doing?"

Since we were really close, I could here a voice on the phone say "Doing on what?"

"What do you mean'doing on what'? Your ex-wife is dead, aren't you at least a little sad?" He asked, sounding pissed and seriously sad at the same time.

"..... What do you mean she's dead?"

"Can we write a song together?" He randomly asked, making me look over at him, seeing he was smiling.

I smiled back, nodding once, "Sure."

He then pulled out a his song book I didn't even know he had with him and immedialy started writing something down, making me raise my brow and peek over his shoulder.
