It was ironic that a girl who valued honesty so much was lying for years.
Hermione Granger knew that the rising of Voldemort was putting her family at risk. As a Muggleborn, Voldemort wouldn't hesitate to murder her and her parents. So, at the beginning of her Fourth year, she erased their memories to protect them.
But two years after the Triwizard Tournament, everything is still chaotic. The pain of losing a student remains fresh in everyone's mind, and the four Houses are united in a way they never have been before. Bitter and angry, the students at Hogwarts succeeded in their revolt against Umbridge, the terrible Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher.
