I met Astoria out in front of the Big House, along with Tempête and Lewis, five minutes before I was supposed to leave.

We smiled warmly at each other, and said goodbye, before a huge black dog jumped out of nowhere at us. The moment it came close, Astoria gabbed my hand, and touched the giant black thing. It looked kind of like Hagrid's Fluffy.

Suddenly the world swirled black, and I lost consciousness, only to regain it moments later.

Astoria was staring down at me. "And that's one of the reasons we left before them. You can't stand shadow traveling. Your body id not made for it." She shook her head, disdainfully.

"Why do you dislike me now?" I asked.

"Because your life is in danger, now." She said. She didn't even disagree and say that she liked me.

"Gee thanks. I thought that was when friends were supposed to reappear and help." I said sarcastically.

She shook her head. "I helped you in phase one. Now you've already completed phase two. It's time for phase three, the one that could possibly get you killed, and I don't want to be hurt if you die." She walked away as if it wasn't a big deal.

I sat up and looked around. We were back at Hogwarts. I smiled, I had missed being here. Ignoring Astoria's horrid attitude, I caught up to her.

"Well, no longer friend, what are we to do now?"

"We are going to get you three recruits to help you complete your mission. Well, three, or six, people. That'll be your decision. But what your back. Not ever one likes you here."

 Wow, creepy imitation of Chloe.

And I then didn't even notice the swirl of gold in Astoria's eyes.

"You have to go in, and get permission from Headmaster McGonagall to retrieve the new questers, and you may only talk about demigods to the three or six you have chosen, Lewis, Foudre, Tempête, and McGonagall. If you tell anyone else, you will be in big trouble."

I nodded filing the information in my mind.

"When do I pick the additions to our quest?" I asked.

"Your quest. It's not mine, and it will never be mine," She corrected coldly. "And tomorrow. But remember, these people must be volunteers, and you must pick them to fit the prophecy."

 I nodded again.

"And a warning," she added. "If you even think to take Draco with you and possibly get him killed, I will Hunt. You. Down."

I stopped short, my eyes wide. She just continued on to the doors, and slipped through without even a glance back at me, or a wave good bye.

 That was kind of freaky.

I slowly made my way to the doors, and then I walked on until I made into the stairs to the Headmasters tower. I stared at the marble owl or eagle perched at the top of the marble column. I had no idea how to get up or got to the stairs.

Left with no other options, I knocked on the stairwell.

Slower than normal, the stairs started to spin. I hopped on. It seemed like the stairs, along with me, did not wish to participate in this next conversation.

Headmaster McGonagall was waiting when I reached the top. Once again, I saw the old lady look disappeaer for a second and the gorgeous woman reappeared. She nodded approvingly to me, as the glamour came back.

“You have strong eyes, Tira. Use them wisely.”

 I nodded.

“I know that you are part demigod, and daughter of Venus, correct?” I wrinkled my eyebrows. What?
