Astoria's POV

I watched Tira. She seemed so... Quirky. She was brave to stand up there, but from behind, I could see the way her hands had shook while she spoke.

I sighed, and felt my heart fluttered, remembering the prophecy for her quest.

It was days before Draco had been sent to get Astoria from her adopted parents, and it had started out as a girls day for me and R.E.D., but it got interrupted when her eyes turned green. The air turned a little misty, and you could tell it'd be a phropechy- but not a normal phrophecy. This was a big new Great Phrophecy.

I had hurried Rachel to the nearest cafe, and hurried to a booth in the back.

We had been sitting across the table from eachother, as the oracle's spirit invaded Rachel's soul again.

"There are big secrets to be shared,

From the daughter of who picks the paired,

And secrets to be told from the maze of words,

From between the many worlds,

A bridge must be put into light,

Before the wonders take flight."

Rachel's raspy voice caused her to cough.

"To a new world the beautiful Riddle must be brought,

And answers must be sought.

From across the sea, a whole race lies a new,

Known to only a few.

Go, and save the day, brave ones,

And save the hybrid children born to us and the other ones,

made with hearts as light as suns.

With one wrong step,

Measured paths will be set,

And one trip, will be the final blip."

I had stared at Rachel as she slumped back in her seat, as she waited to regain her balance, and soul.

But I just sat there. Why did it have to be another great prophecy, in such a short time? Why did the fates bare this down on us? Did they hate us or something?!

Did they not realize the end of us, would be the end of them too?!

"What did I say?" Rachel asked, her body and voice weak.

She sipped gently from a glass of water. Apollo smiled down at her, from Olympus, sadly. He too felt bad from the mighty prophecies. Two was two too many to ask of just one oracle.

"There are secrets to be shared, from the daughter of who picks the paired, and secrets to be told from the maze of words, from between the many worlds, a bridge must be put into light, before the wonders take flight. To a new world the beautiful Riddle must be brought, and answers must be sought. From across the sea, a whole races lies a new, known to only a few. Go, and save the day, brave ones, and save the hybrid children born to us and the other ones, made with hearts as light as suns. With one wrong step, measured paths will be set, and one trip, will be the final blip."

"Hearts as light as suns? Suns, as in plural?" Rachel Elizabeth Dare asked.

I nodded. "This is another great prophecy, isn't it?" I asked.

Rachel nodded. "I don't know how I know, but I just do."

"But... This means we have two great phrophecies going on, or known of at the same time!" I realized.

Rachel nodded sadly. "I wish you demigods, good luck." And then she had fainted. Again.

I blinked my way back to the present, as I started going through the prophecy again.

There are big secrets to be shared,

From the daughter of who picks the paired,

The person who picks the paired- is Aphrodite, and Tira is her daughter. So, the first two lines of the prophecy had already occurred. Tira had told her secrets that shouldn't be shared too often, to Hogwarts.

And secrets to be told from the maze of words,

I had a part to play in the last verse. In the maze of words- Hogwarts library, there was the secret bookcase, fillled with the stories of the great. And I showed Tira the secrets of Harry Potter, and his past there. But there were still more stories to be shared.

From between the many worlds,

A bridge must be put into light,

That was Tira- the new bridge. Personally, I felt bad for her- at least when Percy and Jason were bridges, there was two of them, but now, for the time being, it was just Tira.

Before the wonders take flight.

I didn't really know much about this one...

To a new world the beautiful Riddle must be brought,

And I'm not allowed to talk about this one... But reread it, and see if there's anything strange you notice about it.

And answers must be sought.

Aren't answers always being souight? But anyways, there are answers being sought here. Foudre was demanding, and liked to know everything, and everyone else was one step behind him.

From across the sea, a whole race lies a new,

Known to only a few.

And that was the wizard- a race from across the seas, known only to the gods, Chiron, Me, and Tira, Tempête, Lewis, and Foudre.

Go, and save the day, brave ones,

That would be the questers.

And save the hybrid children born to us and the other ones,

made with hearts as light as suns.

The hybrid children.... I think that is something that'd be better explained by someone else. And the hearts made as light as suns... I hope that'd mean the people are kind.

With one wrong step,

Measured paths will be set,

And one trip, will be the final blip

And that was our warning. If we failed at one thing, we'd have the first step in our own down fall.

I sighed.

Why did demigod life have to be so challanging?
