Chapter seven

After that incident, you spend the entire day resting your leg. It wasn't even that big of a deal, Sarada should've healed it all up right? You didn't know why your mother made such a fuss about it.

It was such a boring day after that. You drop yourself on the your bed & looked at the ceiling since there wasn't much you can do. "this is so boring.." you mumbled while closing your eyes.

Suddenly, you heard a noise, as if someone threw an object at your bedroom window. You got up from your bed & walked towards it. You assumed that maybe one of your friends came by to visit you & take you out of your bored state.

But As you did so you heard a familiar voice.

"(Y/n)-Chan!"

You look down and spotted boruto waving his hand below. "Oh hey, boruto! What brings you here?"

Boruto jumps and lands on a tree branch near your window. "I came to see if your okay you idiot."

"well that's unlike you." you turn away from him not wanting him to see you smile. You gesture him to come inside your room, and so he did. Out of all your classmates, you didn't really expect to see him so soon, but regardless you secretly felt excited to see that idiot anyway.

you both sat next to eachother on the corner of your bed. He didn't say much at first and Honestly the silent felt loud. Boruto seemed hesitant but as expected, you knew he was going to apologize.

"I feel weird saying this but...Im sorry. I should've thought about what I was doing before all this happened." Boruto then looked to the left with his eyes, feeling too embarrassed to even look at you. He's usually too prideful to admit he's wrong.

You place your hand over your mouth and giggle softly. "It's fine...I'm honestly surprised you came here to tell me this."

"Well don't get used it."

You both laugh While enjoying each other's company. & after a few minutes went by, boruto suddenly stood up from the bed & approached your window.

"it's getting late. I think I should head home now, my mom is really scary when she gets angry, ya know."

You stood up afterwards & walked towards him. as if your luck couldn't get any worse, you lost your balance after feeling a slight pain on your injured foot, causing you to fall towards him.

'Oh no...'

Boruto looked concerned after you fell into his arms. "Oh-uh, Are you okay..?

You look up and you both stare into each others eyes for a moment. you felt your heart beating out your chest when you realized how close you physically were towards each other. You couldn't help but blush and there was no way for you to try to hide it this time.
