"Lizard, I think your inner compass is broken." Jack stated matter of factly.

"Stop calling me that already!"

"Yeah, maybe your nose is stuffed White snake" added an exhausted Hak.

They had been traveling for a while, looking for the Seiryuu. Yet, as they exited the sixth village border without Kija sensing anything they began to wonder. Was the Blue dragon really nearby?

Over these days, Jack warmed up with every one of her companions. Yoon, even if scary, acted like a mother for them. Always scolding them when they were arguing over useless stuff, but providing them food and care nonetheless. Well maybe he wasn't that gentle with Jack as she always managed to sneak up on him and steal some food.

The teasing Hak, whom reminded Jack a lot of her deceased friend Liam, had found it pretty entertaining to team up with the short green eyed girl. The both of them were indeed, very efficient at pissing off Kija and they enjoyed it that much.

Then, there was Kija. Altought being the bullying target of Jack, they developped quite a solid friendship. They respected their mutual conviction and determination at helping the princess.

But of all thing, the most surprising for Jack was Yona's personality. The princess had lost her family and home the same day, forcing her to radically change her way of life. And yet, she was smiling, and trying her hardest to adapt without complaining. Jack admired her for that, she always had thought the princess was a good for nothing whiny brat, but seeing her now... she could do nothing but admit she had been wrong.

As the group settled down for the rest of the day, Jack noticed the princess massaging her legs.

"Yona, are you hurt?"

The red haired girl shaked her head, trying to reassure her friend. "It's okay, I'm just tired that's all."

"Drink this." Yoon who had heard their conversation acted all motherly like and handed Yona some liquor, while Jack was busy thinking of something. Punching her hand slightly she exclaimed:

"What about we make a stretcher with woods and we pull it? You would be able to rest a little that way."

"No, I'll be fine after I rest tonight. Besides, it would be too tiresome for all of you to pull me on the way and I don't want to be a burden."

That said, the five of them decided to sleep, Jack who felt way too exposed on the ground climbed up a tree like always and fell asleep right away.

Until she woke up hearing a 'thud'.

Crounching on her branch, she looked around for any threat, one of her daggers in hand. She then spotted a small frame shooting arrows. Yona was training her archery skills. Smiling, Jack went back to sleep after seeing Hak and a very perturbed Kija watching her.

The next day, Jack woke up feeling rested. She jumped from the tree and landed soundlessly next to Hak who greeted her with a nod and a smirk.

"Did you know that White snake over there is afraid of bugs?"

At that words, an evil smirk, twin of Hak's one, appeared on Jack's lips.

"Then...I suppose it means that we could have our fair share of fun by putting some of it on him tonight doesn't it 'Grumpy face'?"

"You got me right 'Captain freckles'."

Three days ago, Yona wanted to know what was Jack's life before they met. Startled, Jack had stopped dead in her tracks her face clouding. She didn't want to relive this memory. Thus, she didn't tell the whole story, only saying that she was an orphan that played with other kids in the streets. Their favorite game being of pirates.

That's how she earned the nickname 'Captain freckles' from Hak, due to her distinguishable freckles on her cheekbones. She immediately called him Grumpy face with a wink and since then, they kept their nicknames.

Suddenly Yoon, who has been looking at the map since he woke up, exclaimed "I've got it!"

"Yoon?" the other four asked concern in their voices.

"The village of the Blue dragon! I over looked it."

They immediatly left their camp and headed towards rocky mountains. On their way, Kija walked near Jack who was in the rear.

"Jack...I think I am sick."

"What is it Kija? You don't feel well?"

"Well, Yona spoke to me this morning saying that I was irreplaceable and since then my heart has been pounding really fast. I think that maybe I am dying because another Hakuryuu had appeared." Kija said with a worried expression on his face.

Jack couldn't help but chuckle at his words. With a knowing smile she decided to make fun of him again, as it was so easy. "Silly, it's nothing. You probably have been bitten by a spider or something. You will have a fever, then feel numb, and then -"

"Jack, stop it already. Kija you have nothing, don't listen to her, she is playing with you." Yoon yelled in front of them.

A disaproving glance of him made Jack smile sheepishly to her white haired comrade who had a shocked expression on is face. He was about to speak when he suddenly froze.

"Kija?"

"He's here."

The strange group of five people stood before a mountain. They finally had found the Blue dragon's place.

I wonder what he or she looks like. Jack thought while entering the hidden village.
