As I saw my best friend, Adi sleeping, it made me realize that I was so happy that she was here in Yale with me but, what will her reaction be when I tell her that I actually graduate at the end of this month? Usually, Adi is the one to be scared of stuff, so, having this feeling of fear whirling inside my stomach is honestly so scary and it is the worst feeling ever! I hate this feeling of fear so much! I honestly hope I haven't woken up Adi as, when you do wake her up, be prepared to be tackled to death!
"Leyla?" I hear Adi mumble, shite! I've woken her up!
"Yes, Adi?" I say slowly, worried when and if she'll pounce on me
"What is it you need to tell me? You were talking about it all last night and you sounded pretty scared, is everything okay?" Adi asks as she starts to get up, turns out she had actually been awake that whole time
"Ohh, shit! Umm, well, you know how you are wanting to leave after this month?" I say, Adi nods with a little smile
"Yeah I do Leyla," Adi said looking confused but shows a little smile
"Well, I am so sorry for not telling you this earlier but, I'm graduating at the end of this month," I said, backing away so she won't hurt me as this fear that I've never had before now just starts to creep up on me even more
"Awe, it's okay Leyla, I figured that you were almost done with uni anyway, no need to worry," Adi said, that made me breathe easy but, made me a little confused
"Why aren't you shocked?" I said, now it was time for me to find out something
"Turns out that, I'm also graduating at the end of this month as well because they realized that I already have a degree so, I only need to do a month of the course I'm doing here so I graduate same time as you so, with the fact that I only wanted to stay here for a month actually works quite well!" Adi said, that just made me shocked! I cannot believe it! The fact that Adi and I's dream of graduating university together is actually happening is the craziest things ever as, we never got to graduate at the same time as Adi had to leave because of Mikey, her brother moving to Burbank for Boy Band, meaning she'd have to go with him meaning that Adi had to graduate with the senior class which was the year above us and not my class
"Wait! What?!" I said I was in complete shock! I was finally graduating with my best friend
"Yeah! I know! It's great!" Adi said, I just felt like crying!
"INSTAGRAM POST TIME!" I scream making both of us laugh as I feel tears well up in my eyes
"Awe, Ley, don't cry before an Instagram photo!" Adi says as she gives me a hug

Caption: The reason why Adi is hugging me is that this was after she told me that, she is actually graduating at the end of the month with me at Yale University because of the fact that, she only has to do a month of the course and, with the fact that Adi was only wanting to stay at uni for a month worked out so well so, Adi and I's dreams of graduating together are finally coming true and I am so, so emotional and I am so glad that, they are coming true as, Adi and I have dreamed of graduating high school togther since we were barely even at school so, finally, being able to graduate univeristy together is the greatest feeling ever! I love you, Adi, you're my little baby girl!
