Blaze
It had been a few days since I found out about Ashley's ex girlfriend. He was sitting in the living room when I sat down next to him.
"Hey are you okay Ash?" I asked him.
"Not really. I'm guessing Andy told you about what happened" he said in a sad voice.
"Yeah, look sometimes it helps to talk about it" I said.
"Okay. Well her name is Brooklyn and she's a tattoo artist. I only told Andy about her because I think I'm in love with her and I didn't know what to do" He said.
I could see Ash tearing up a bit but he tried to hide it.
"Aw Ash" I said and hugged him. I'd never seen him this upset before and I felt genuinely sorry for him.
"Sorry, you probably think I'm such a wimp" he said.
"Not at all, it's not wimpy to feel upset" I said.
Suddenly Ash kissed me. I pushed away but I realised it was too late, Andy was staring at us in the doorway.
"What the fuck!" he yelled.
"Andy it's not what it looks like" I said but he was already in his car and started driving away.
I sat there on the couch and started crying.
"I'm so sorry Blaze, I just wasn't thinking straight and I didn't mean anything by it" Ash said rubbing my back.
"I know Ash it's okay. It's just now Andy hates me and I don't know how to fix it" I said with my face in my hands.
"I'll fix this don't worry" Ash said as he got in his car and drove off.
I sat alone in the house, thinking about what a mess I've made.
