The sun lights up my room as i groan, i really need to remember to shut my curtains before i go to bed. I leave my phone on charge for once, i just can't deal with it today. I pull the covers off me and stand up to stretch, suddenly the door bursts open and it's Alex stood there with a box of lucky charms. I let out a scream and attempt to cover my almost naked body. He stands staring for about 2 seconds then realises i'm just in my underwear.

"Oh shit sorry!" he quickly shuts the door and my cheeks burn red of embarrassment. I cringe at what just happened and quickly run over to my clothes. I throw on a over sized white t-shirt and some black high waisted shorts. I pull the top up and make a knot at the back so it becomes shorter.

I hesitantly open my door and walk out, Alex is sat on the sofa with the box of cereal. "Melody i'm sorry i didn't know you were naked" he says while rubbing the back of his neck. "It's fine" i say rushing into the kitchen, i can't even make eye contact with him. I open the fridge and pull out the milk.

I grab a bowl out the cupboard and go to grab the cereal. Oh no, If i want cereal i have to go get it from Alex. I've never felt so awkward about a cereal exchange. I slowly walk back over to him, he's staring at his phone with the cereal in between his legs. I clear my throat and he looks up. "C-can i have the lucky charms please" i say quietly. "What?" he asks. I quietly sigh and raise my voice a little "Can i please have the cereal" although it came out more as a shout. I felt my cheeks go red as i just shouted at him about cereal. His eyes widen and he bursts out laughing, "if it means that much to you sure take it" I snatch it off him and fast walk back into the kitchen. Today is really not my day.

I pour myself a bowl and sit down on the couch next to Alex, i spent the whole time staring at my bowl before he broke the silence. "I know this isn't the right time, but you've got an amazing body" I felt like slapping him, "you're right, not the time" i scoff at him. His hand pinches my cheek and he pouts at me. "Aw is little melo jello embarrassed" my eyes widen at the nickname as he laughs. "Where did you get that" I exclaim, "I heard your little phone call last night".

I bury my head into a pillow feeling embarrassed, "don't worry melo jello, i won't tell anyone" he says rubbing my back. I scoff "yeah right" i sit up and take my bowl into the kitchen, placing it in the dishwasher. Alex comes in after me and leans again the wall, watching me. "What?" i ask turning towards him. "I just can't get that image of your body out my head" he says biting his lip. I felt my stomach flip as the words leave his mouth, i was about to say something flirtatious back but my mind drifts to yesterday with Kayla. My mood instantly drops and his words aren't so sweet anymore.

I roll my eyes, "do you tell your girlfriend that?" i lean back against the counter and cross my arms. "She's not my girlfriend" he exaggerates on the 'not'. "That's not what you were saying yesterday" i retaliate. "Well i'm sure Dylan won't be happy you got naked for me" he says in a harsh but amused tone.

I gasp, "That's not what happened and you know it's not, also Dylan's not my boyfriend so it's a different story" He laughs, "I'll tell him that shall i" He pulls out his phone and unlocks it. I begin to think our arguement was over but the sound of ringing filled my ears. My eyes widen as i look at his phone and see Dylan's name, I quickly go to press the end button but he lifts the phone above my head.

"Alex stop don't be a dick" i whine, he goes to say something but a familiar voice comes from his phone. "What's up man" his voice echos through out the kitchen as me and Alex freeze. I mouth a 'don't' to him but he pulls the phone closer to him. "Hey man, you'll never guess what happened last night" he speaks into the phone. He walks out of the kitchen and i eagerly follow him like a lost dog.

"what happened?" Dylan's asks enthusiastically. Alex turns to me and winks, i frown at him, mentally begging he doesn't make Dylan think i'm a slut. "Melody came into my room in her bra and panties and tried to get in my bed". My eyes widen at him as h lies straight through his teeth, i go to shout something so Dylan can know the truth but he starts speaking again. "Did she really?" he laughs "to be honest man, i just wanted to hit it then leave you know man" He continues laughing. The words leave my mouth, Alex turns to me, him at a loss for words aswell.

My eyes tear up, how could i be so stupid and think he actually liked me. Alex goes to walk towards me but i turn my back to him and walk out the dorm, not even bothering to close the door behind me.
