Theo POV

It was a beautiful day in Britain and my family were currently on a road trip to go to Cornwall to go to the beach. When your in a car with two 12 year olds and an 8 year old it's going to be hectic and that's exactly what it was.

Ava and Zach were in the backseat with Flora between them. The twins were fighting and Flo was in the middle trying to read. For some reason she had an amazing skill in being able to read in the car.

Shai was sitting shotgun trying to get the kids to shut up. That left me driving and jamming out to the music.

"Theo can you please try and do something instead of dancing to One Direction?" Shailene asked me exasperated.

"No can do love, sorry. I have priorities like dancing and driving." I replied with a smirk.

She sighed but then let out a small laugh.

"Don't worry Shai, we're here."

"Thank god. C'mon kids everyone out!" Our whole family bounded out the car with their swimsuits on under their clothes.

I ran for the beach with the kids laughing and giggling behind me trying to catch up. When I got on the sand I got tackled by all 3 kids at once making me fall over. I heard Shailene egging them on and telling them to tickle me.

As if under a simulation, after they hear their mums words they tickle me all over causing me to laugh a lot. Soon Shailene says that's enough and I finally get to breathe.

"Kids, you can get in the water now! But be careful, it's freezing." Shailene shouts at the kids as they sprint into the water.

I stand up and try to shake the sand off of me. "Aww, what happened baby Theo? Did 3 kids attack you?" Shailene said mocking me as she took off her clothes to reveal a bikini underneath.

I take of my shirt as I was already wearing my board shorts and then I sweep Shailene over my shoulder and run towards the water. She screeches as she realises my destination. "THEO! PUT ME DOWN!" I laugh and I hear the kids laughing in the water aswell.

"Sorry Shai, but no." She sighed as she realised struggling would get her no where.

We finally made it to the water and I threw her in making a massive splash. The kids all laughed as Shailene came up to breath. "Theo! Was that really necessary, kids attack!"

With her words my whole family jumped on me attacking me with their fingers, I struggled to catch a breathe and I Shai noticed so she told the kids to stop and they all retreated.

I took a few deep breaths and Shailene asked me "Theo, I'm sorry for calling the kids to attack you. Are you alright?" She caressed my face with her hand.

I didn't respond instead I picked her up and tickled her as she let out a squeal.

5 hours later and we were all changed and tired. We walked along the boardwalk, and then Zach spotted an Ice Cream shop and he dragged us all over to it.

We bought our Ice creams and sat on a bench together. We sat in silence admiring the beach. It was a warm day for England so we were making the most of it.

I was driving again, and let's just say that the car drive back was significantly quiter than the way there.

There was only one thing the same, and that was that I was still jamming out to One Direction.
