once at the park, she stops to recollect herself. you runaway and meet hoseok to answer his confession and she rejected him
then recalls the earlier conversation you had with your dad right before going to the park and it’s too much for you
you heads back home and send jin with a text that you can’t meet him at the park anymore. .
the next morning, jin and you meet each other outside in front of their houses. jin’s upset that you never contacted him throughout the weekend, but you are being honest with jin.

still upset and shaken up by the discovery about your dad, you remains honest and forthright with hoseok. when asked why he likes you, hoseok admits that he just likes you because he does and connects his feelings for you to their first encounter ever.
that’s when he knew when his feelings for you formed. you felt the same way about hoseok and also felt that same connection with him too.
