Meeting with Liam

Yesterday was so stressful.

I was thinking about all the doubts I have

What if Liam hates me?

What if I fall for him and he hates me?

I sigh and look at the time

2:30

I should start getting ready to go over Liam's house.

I look through my closet

"To girly"

"To nerdy"

"Ahh perfect"

I pull out a crop top that says Stay Weird

And I choose red skinny jeans and black converses

I get dressed and put on eyeliner.

I just brush through my hair not straightening or curling it.

I walk downstairs and see my mom

"Hey mom I'm going over Liam's"

"Okay sweetie have fun"

I grab my phone and unplug it from the charger and walk out the door.

Liam doesn't live to far from me.

Down the street mostly.

I walk down the sidewalk and finally get to Liam's door.

I sigh and knock

A few seconds later

A surprisingly good looking Liam opens the door

"Hey Ashlyn"

"Hi Liam"

"Come in and sit down on the couch I'll be right back"

I walk in and sit down.

I look around

Huge house.

"Liam!! Honey where are you?"

I hear a lady yell

"Oh hi, Liam didn't tell me a girl would be here"

I turn and smile at what seems to be his mom

"Hi I'm Ashlyn"

I stand up to greet her

"Hello I'm Liam's mom but you can call me Karen"

I smile at her and hear Liam walk down the stairs

"Hey mum this is Ashlyn, my uh my soulmate"

"I kinda guessed that I'll be at the store if you need me" she said

"Okay" he said

She leaves and he looks at me

"What?" I say

"I never noticed how beautiful you are"

"Cut the crap we both know you hated me being your soulmate"

"Yeah but now I'm happy"

He wraps his arms around my waist and I push him away

"Excuse me I'm no slut I don't just have sex with you just because your the most popular guy at school, back off"

"Damn nerd has some sass"

I roll my eyes

He smiles

"Please stop that"

"Stop what?" he asks

"Trying to win me over with your smile"
