the day i met roxy was not the day i was introduced to her.
i had been in the library down the street from paly, doing some paperwork at one of the tables.
that's when roxy walked by, and from that moment my infatuation with her was born.
she stood in front of the counter with a stack of thick books in her hands.
her hair was a long, black ocean of waves that cascaded down to her lower back.
her skirt, short and plaid, accentuating her petite but round bottom.
although she appeared short, her legs were toned and tan.
her waist was tiny and her hips were wider than her waist but not as though she had the body of a grown woman.
she wore a white tank top that was cut off at her stomach.
her shoes were once white but now appeared an off-white color from being worn often.
i watched her from afar, studying her, feeding my curiosity and fascination.
who was she?
what was her story?
i wanted to know everything about her.
as she walked towards the fiction section i noticed she lacked confidence.
i could tell by how she walked, looking down with her arms crossed, trying to avoid contact with any other human being.
she looked up only for a slight second and noticed my gaze transfixed on her.
i smiled slightly but she blushed and quickly looked back at the ground before disappearing into the sea of bookcases.
it was from that moment that i knew she wasn't like any other girl... she was special.
