Class 2020

The door opens slightly giving out a slight creak to those inside. The receptionist, Tina and Jordyn turn to look who comes in and that's when it's hit. As if she was about to faint Tina's head became light but as if Jordyn already knew what she was going through she shook her to quickly come back to life. He slid past us to the receptionist and started talking to her about what he must do. Tina couldn't hear anything as she was so focused on the guy but Jordyn heard it all thankfully which was good that at least one of us knew what was happening. He turned and said:

Guy: Hey, my name's Reece I'm a sixth former here. What are your names?

Tina: urmm urmmm

Jordyn: Hi, My name is Jordyn and this is my sister Tina. We've come from West London and are in Year 11.

Reece: Awesome, seems like a new beginning for you which is great.

Tina: Yeah it definitely is.

Reece: Anyways, let me show you around the school it's pretty big but shouldn't be too hard to get your head around once you get settled in.

Jordyn: Thanks so much, we're really excited

So Reece takes Tina and Jordyn around the whole school, telling them out teachers, classrooms and most importantly the canteen.

Tina: Whoah your school is huge I love it.

Jordyn: Yeah it's beautiful

Reece: The funny thing about our school is that some of our classes have mixed ages.

Jordyn: What do you mean?

Reece: All the core subjects like English Maths and Science have students from all age groups so that they can help each other out which is great, I actually think I have classes with both of you for all three of my core subjects.

Tina: Wow, we never had that in our school, it's good that we can get to know each other at least

Reece: Definitely

As we pass in the hallway a certain someone catches Jordyn's eye. His name is Blake.

Blake: Hey man, how you doing?

Reece: Really good, just about to finish the tour with these two and I'll come to Maths in a bit.

Blake: Awesome new students, hey guys my name is Blake, I'll see you guys around *winks at Jordyn*

Jordyn: Urmmm urmmm

Tina: What just happened?

Reece: Don't mind him he's winking all the time. *Winks at Tina*

Tina:*Under her breath* Just like you.

Reece: So this is Maths, it's good because we all have it together so you can sit with me.

Tina: Yay

Reece opens the door and a teacher stands at the front currently teaching the class. He stops the class as Reece walks forward to talk to the teacher. He comes back to Tina and Jordyn and leads them to 3 seats. Blake seems to already be sitting on the fourth so Jordyn sits next to him which leaves Tina and Reece sitting together.
*In whispers*
Tina: So what are we learning?

Reece: Algebra again. I hate maths it bores me, I would rather read.

Tina: Omg same I hate maths. And yeah reading would definitely be more enjoyable. But can you still help me with this one problem i can't get my head around it.

Reece: Oh of course, here let me show you.

*In whispers*
Blake: So, your in year 11?

Jordyn: Yup

Blake: And, you just moved here right?

Jordyn: Yeah, but why the questions?

Blake: No reason, just wondering.

Jordyn: So, how's the book?

Blake: What book, what do you mean?

Jordyn: I mean the book your reading on your phone and are trying ever so hard to hide.

Blake: Hahahaha you've got a sharp eye and yeah it's really good. Ever read the fault in our stars?

Jordyn: Omg one of my favourite's

Teacher: Please put your books away and stand behind your desks, the bell is about to ring.

We all gather our things and stand behind our chairs. When the bell rings we all head out together. As we walk past a door, Tina notices it hasn't got a sign to what room it's for except for the number Class 2020 on the outside .

Tina: Hey, Reece. What is this room for?

Jordyn: Ooo spooky

Reece: I'm actually not sure, I've never been inside and it's never been seen open.

Blake: Yeah he's right guys, but I'd rather not stand around here for too long. This room gives me the shivers.

Jordyn: *Tries to open the door* Darn it, it's locked.

Tina: Let's go we're going to be late Jordyn.

Reece: I would listen to Tina guys let's go.
