YOUR POV
Checking the clock on my bedside table, I saw that it was 11:30 am. Another 30 minutes and I would have to make my way to Justin's house.
Justin was a boy in my math class. He was rude, cocky, and all he cared about was hooking up with girls and going to parties. The teacher told me that if I wanted extra credit, I would have to tutor a student. Thrilled, I accepted the teacher's offer until she told me that it was Justin that I had to tutor.
Time after time, he would crack inappropriate jokes or try to rub my thigh from underneath the table. He even told me that we could move our study sessions to his room, and that he would "treat me" for teaching him.
Sighing, I picked up my phone and called my best friend, Leah. After a few rings, she answered and immediately grunted into the phone.
"What's up, babe?" She answered.
"I have to tutor that egotistical jerk on a Saturday afternoon. I'm so annoyed." I layed back onto my bed and stared at my ceiling.
"Can't you tell him that you're busy today?" She replied.
"Nope, I can't miss any of these tutoring sessions. The teacher said I won't get my extra credit if I skip any days." I pouted.
"Just hang in there, it's only two hours, right?"
I nodded my head even though she couldn't see. "Yeah, two hours of hell."
Leah laughed. "Look, it's only two hours. Push through it and after you tutor him, we can go out for some lunch. How does that sound?"
I smiled and said, "That sounds great. Will you pick me up from his house?"
"Yeah, I'll be there at 2:00 sharp. See you later, Y/N."
"See ya." I smiled and hung up the phone.
Checking the clock once again, I noticed I only had fifteen more minutes. The drive to his house was ten minutes, meaning I had five minutes to get ready. Quickly throwing on a floral skirt, a white fitted crop top, and my sandals, I ran downstairs and left a note for my mom that said I would be out with Leah after tutoring.
When I arrived to his house, I sighed and pulled up into his driveway. I made my way to the door and knocked.
It swung open and Justin stood before me with a huge smirk on his face.
"Welcome, babe." He winked and I scoffed. Who does he think he is?
I looked him up and down. He was wearing dark jeans, a plain white shirt, and his hair was perfectly gelled up into a quiff. I had to admit he looked so good.
He laughed and I snapped out of it and looked him in the eyes.
"What?" I questioned him.
"You were checking me out." He smiled cockily.
Before I could answer, he turned his back to me and began walking towards the couches. I followed behind him and sat down beside him and placed the book on the table in front of us.
"Okay, let's get started. Have you reviewed what we went over last week?" I asked and looked over at him.
He scoffed and blew a bubble with his gum. He placed his feet on the table and put his hands behind his head.
"No," he laughed and continued chewing his gum. "It's useless, why should I even do something that I'm not gonna use in the future?"
"Because, if you wanna have a future, you have to know this shit. Now stop complaining and let's get this over with because my patience with you is running low."
