YOUR POV
After three hours of uncontrollable sobbing and a massive headache, the woman at the front desk caught our attention by telling us to sign Justin out of prison. Pattie quickly stood up, filled out the papers, and eagerly waited to see her son walk out of the cell and into her arms.
"I have so much to say to that young man," Jeremy sighed and looked over at me. "How are you holding up, Y/N?"
"I've been better. I'm just glad he's being released now. I saw fans outside. They're all lined up around our cars, just waiting for him to come out. Some were even crying."
Jeremy chuckled and smiled sadly. "They love him so much. I don't know why he had to do something like this."
I, myself, didn't know why he chose to do something so stupid, so I simply shrugged my shoulders and anxiously stared down the hallway, hoping to see Justin walking out.
After 5 minutes of Pattie filling out the papers, she told me to go to her car and get a spare change of clothes for Justin. I guess she had come prepared when she heard what happened.
I made my way out of the jail and walked to her black car. Fans were lined up and pressed up against the gate, waiting for a chance to catch a glimpse of their idol walking out. They let out a few squeals when they heard the door swing open, but realized it was just me and went back to waiting for Justin.
"Y/N," someone called and I turned around and slung the bag of clothes over my shoulder.
"Have you seen Justin? Is he okay? When is he coming out?" The fans bombarded me with questions and I smiled sadly at them. Shrugging, I checked the time on my phone and answered them.
"He's okay, don't worry. And he'll be coming out any time soon." I smiled sadly and they replied with polite "thank you's" and nodded their heads at what I had said.
I slowly walked back into the jail and Pattie smiled when she saw me.
"Thank you, sweetie. Can you walk over to Justin's cell and give it to him so he can change into them?" She asked.
Even though I was mad at Justin, I didn't wanna say no and act like a bitch, so I nodded my head and walked down the hall and towards his cell.
Right as I arrived, the woman was unlocking the cell with the key and the large metal bars swung forward. Justin let out a sigh of relief and walked out, with Khalil following close behind him.
"Sir, we're gonna need you to wait in the lobby until a designated guardian signs in to pick you up," the woman told Khalil.
He nodded his head, not wanting to disagree, and said his goodbyes to Justin and I.
Justin showed a small closed mouthed smile and thanked me when I gave him the bag of clothes.
"I'm gonna be back in the lobby. Meet us there." I said, nonchalantly. I wanted Justin to know that I was not quite ready to forgive him for this.
He nodded his head and walked into the men's restroom to change into his clothes.
I walked back to the lobby and took a seat next to Khalil, ignoring Pattie and Jeremy's bickering about who would talk to Justin about the situation first.
"Hey," I smiled and looked up at him. I could almost see the sadness in his eyes. "Is anyone picking you up?" I questioned curiously.
Nodding his head, he replied, "Yeah, my mom's on her way. Look, Y/N, please don't be mad at Justin. This was all my fault. We went to the a friend's house and got trashed and I just forced him to go racing with me. I promise it wasn't his idea. I know it's dumb of me to regret it now because I should've been smarter, but I really do mean it when I say that it's all my fault. I hope you're not too mad at me or Justin." He looked at me with hopeful eyes.
