A Thousand Years (A Hernst fanfic)

Chapter 1

Hanshcen stood there in the middle of the street, as tears filled his eyes and a cold fist seemed to grip his heart. His baby was gone: Off to college for two years to pursue his dream. He watched silently and began to choke up as Ernst drove away, until he turned the corner and was officially gone and out of sight. Hanshcen sighed as he slowly walked up his and Ernsts driveway and into his dark, empty house. Nothing would be the same with Ernst gone. He walked up the stairs and down the dark, long hallway to his room. He couldn't take this anymore: he immediately collapsed on his and ernsts bed and started to cry into a pillow. He screamed, sobbed, and wailed uncontrollably until he could barely see out of his puffy, swollen red eyes. He continued to sob silently as he popped his earbuds in and shut off the bedside lamp. He sunk back into his pillow and closed his eyes, letting the music consume him

"If i could find you now things would get better"

"We could leave this town and run forever"

The song lyrics continued to echo through his heart and soul as he silently wept, wishing his baby was there beside him. He longed to be hugged, kissed, loved, and everything in between: but he wouldn't get that for at least 4 months: when Ernst went on his first break

"How can i possibly wait that long?" Hanschen silently thought to himself as he tossed and turned, tears still rolling down his burning cheeks and onto his pillow

"We're looking up at the same night sky, and keep pretending the sun will not rise"

"We'll be together for one more night somewhere, somehow..."

Hanschens eyes were beginning to flutter shut, The meaningful lyrics still lingering in his heart and mind. His longing for Ernst to come back was becoming greater and greater by the second,

But he had to face it: he was already gone.

"Two hours down, 2 years left to go" hanschen whispered to himself. And with that, he slowly drifted off into the first of many restless, broken sleeps.

A/N: AHHHHH ok so this is my first serious fanfic so sorry if it completely and totally sucks (it probably does but whatever). Oh yeah and sorry for all the angst. It gets worse don't worry :P
