Aftermath: Brought back from the dead.

Just wanted to apologize if these "aftermath" seems rushed when it comes to adding/meeting characters and/or just off... It's just that this is probably my first time writing something that isn't following a main story... If that even make sense so... Enjoy?

This has been the journey so far...

The Rider stands before a dead friend of Raven, she asks for a favor to bring her back... But another souls was sensed... Two in fact.

-Crow Father.

(y/n): Is she the one?

Raven: Yes...

You, Neo, Raven and Emily were down in the vault of Haven as you spotted Raven's dead friend "Vernal" as you walked towards her.

(y/n): And you want me to bring her back from the dead huh?

Raven followed as Neo sits around eating a bowl of ice cream while Emily admires the vault.

Raven: Yes... Please.

You have gotten close to Vernal's body as you kneel down, you looked at her then looked around, seeing some sort of damage around the place as you looked over your shoulder and asked.

(y/n): May I ask what happened?

Raven: Cinder made the first move before we could react, she got Vernal first.

(y/n): I see... And do you know where Cinder is?

Raven crossed her arms as she answered.

Raven: She was easily dispose of.

You then stood up as you walked over Vernal as you looked towards the ledge.

(y/n): Really? Cause it feel like she's near... Probably her Maiden power? Hmmm...

You then walked and looked down over the edge as you only see darkness... But... You could feel the maiden's power as Raven noticed you weren't near Vernal.

Raven: What are you doing?

(y/n): I... Don't know... But it feels like it's the right thing to do, I'll return real quick.

Raven: Where are you-

In an instant you jumped right off the edge as Raven ran towards the edge as you were no where to be found.

Raven: (y/n)?

Then, suddenly a shadow flew straight into the air as Raven stood back as she grabbed her katana... However she stood down when she spotted you flying in the air with flesh-less wings as you hold in your hand... It was Cinder turned to ice as Raven's eyes widen as she shouted.

Raven: (y/n)! What are you doing?!

You then landed gently to the floor as you carefully placed Cinder next to Vernal as you raised both hands towards Cinder as your hands were covered in black fire... Melting the ice off Cinder as Raven grabbed your shoulder.

Raven: I said bring Vernal back, not her!

(y/n): I know what you said! I just think this is the right thing to do Raven...

Raven gritted her teeth as she stood back, letting you do your thing as Cinder was slowly turning back to normal.

[Timeskip with (y/n) and Raven enjoying a nice cup of tea as Emily kindly asked if she can join... Which Raven and (y/n) kindly let her.]

Cinder and Vernal remains on the floor as you stood in between the two as you hold two steel daggers as the blade was covered in black ashes, just above their chest as you were on one knee.

Raven: By the time Cinder stands up, I'll end her!

(y/n): You won't do such a thing, understand? I don't know what happened between the two of you, but I'm bringing her back, like it or not Raven.

Raven: Damn it...

Raven looked away as you closed your eyes as you spoke and raised your daggers.

(y/n): Breath life into these hollows! Vessel of rebirth! May their souls be brought back from the realm of the dead! May they live with this curse!

And right as you were about to drive the daggers into their hearts... A voice interrupted you.

???: Stop!

You, Raven, Neo and Emily turned around and see someone standing there. A girl in fact.

???: Stop what you are doing! It's a crime messing with the dead!

(y/n): Bringing someone back from the dead isn't a crime...

You raised both daggers...

(y/n): It's a hobby.

Then stabbed both Vernal and Cinder in the chest as the daggers turned to ashes and were sucked into the wound that you made towards their hearts as the wound closed... Then the two suddenly gasp for air as they began coughing as Raven ran towards Vernal as Neo walked towards Cinder, you then stood up and walked towards the girl as she got into stance.

???: What did you do?!

(y/n): Just brought then back... Why? Is that truly a crime?

The girl then swings her rapier like weapon at you was it turns out to be a whip as it wraps around your forearm... Then electricity courses through your body as if she was trying to shock you... But it was nothing as you looked at the girl.

(y/n): Why do I have a feeling that I can't let you leave...

You then grabbed her whip and send electricity towards her as it shocked her, causing her to scream in pain as she falls to the floor unconscious as you rolled your eyes.

(y/n): Yup... Guess we'll have to lock you up as well... Emily, this is your final task.

Emily ran towards you as she asked.

Emily: Yes?

(y/n): Carry her.

Emily: Oh... Ok.

Emily then walked towards the unconscious girl as she struggles to even pick her up as you walked towards the others as you spoke.

(y/n): Alright, lets get back to camp... I'm already tired as it is.

And then, everything fades to black as the title "RWBY" appeared as the title is covered in blood and a faint laughter was heard.
