Taehyung's P.O.V
"Goodnight Yoongi see you tomorrow", he just nods and turns away. I started to walk out the room when something pulled me back, it wasn't a physical feeling. Definitely emotional. I couldn't help myself, I went back quickly walking towards him and when I reached the side of the bed I kissed him. His eyes shoot open as mine close. He kissed back, he kisses me back! I unlatche my lips from his and we both take feel breaths. I backed up and down walked out of the room and into the parking lot where right across was the dorms. I make a grand sprint for it not exactly sure what just happened, not even exactly sure what I had just done. I make it into my room and shut the door panting while medley was sitting in her bed with her little nightlight on.
"Oh hey Taesie how di-",
"I kissed him! I kissed a patient!" She looks at me confused.
"And that's the end of the world?" She asks confused.
"N-No but he looks so familiar to me it's weird and than I accidentally kissed him on the cheek and basically at the end he kisses me on the cheek and before I left I went back and kisses him than just left!" I whine sliding down the solid closed door.
"Um Tae Tae don't worry about it what did he do?" I runs my fingers through my hair taking deep breaths and pulling it.
"He kissed me back, I don't know what to think about it all", she takes my hand out of my hair that I was about to rip out of my scalp.
"Let's talk about this Tae come on, we can sit in my bed and talk about it",
"But you have a test, you can't waste you-",
"Well I am now come sit!" Medley drags me behind her and into her bed sitting across legged. I do the same facing her.
"Medallion I don't know what to do",
"Well first of all let's straighten you out", she hands me some candy pajamas of here but I'm a larger size. It was a bunch of sugar cubes on a blue shirt and pants. She closes her eyes turning and faceplanting into the pillow. I change into the pajamas quickly and sit back down. Her head lurches back up.
"Oh right I was supposed to tell you when I'm done. Sorry. I have gone all types of hay wire", she grabs my hand and rubs it with both of hers.
"Tae, you're alright we're both okay there is nothing to worry about. I promise you. If he kisses you back than he definitely has some sort of feelings for you. I mean I wouldn't kiss you back if I didn't have feelings for you",
"But you don't",
"Exactly. Why do you think I pulled back before you even layed a finger on me",
"Well now you're making me doubt myself. What if that was just a fluke?"
"Now now Taesie. let's not think about that okay?" I nod and she rubs my hand. I couldn't help but to shake.
"Tae you're freaking out over nothing",
"NOTHING?! This is something! What if he didn't like me back, why did I miss him!" She covers my mouth and I look at her.
"If you're not sure, do it again".
"Do...it, again?" She nods with a smile on her face .
"Who knows maybe he'll even confess to you, it's easier than helping someone in a storm".
"A...storm", It finally clicked. Yoongi! The kid I tried to help when I was little, why was he running, only he knew. Why did I help him? Because it was the right thing to do.
"Tae, let's go to bed and you can see him tomorrow, I can tick you in if you would like".
"If it's okay I would like to sleep with you."
"Of course it's okay, here get comfy!" She says with an energetic light in her eyes. I snuggle into her bed with one of her stuffed animals hugging it. We both slept together in our candy pajamas, the thought of Yoongi being in that cold, dark, uncomfortable hospital completely haunted me. I wanted him him to be comfortable and warm not stuck in a hospital. But, I guess we'd both have to deal with our thoughts. If only we could do it together
