Levi x reader

Annie

Everyone followed behind Eren as he and the female titan fought. I hid behind a small tower watching as a piece of rubble flew past me. "I refuse to be killed by rubble." I muttered and shot my wires into a nearby building to keep following Eren.

"She's heading for level ground! We can't follow her on 3DMG!" Someone yelled.

"Split into 2 teams and go around!" Hanji ordered.

"Understood!" everyone said and I went left.

"Even if we do catch the female titan, the city's going to end up in ruins." I muttered.

"This was Erwins decision, we can't help it. Get the capture nets ready!" Hanji ordered.

"Yes, sir!" Some soldiers split off to get the capture nets ready and set in place.

We chased after Eren again when he got farther away. We were standing a block away with a whole building complex between us. With each kick and punch, it sent a huge gust of wind towards us. When the dust cleared, I saw Annie started running again, and Eren continued his chase, even though his titan form was pretty battered up.

"Eren!" I heard Mikasa land next to us. I held my hand out in front of her to stop her.

"I'm not sure if Eren would recognize you right now!" Hanji said as Mikasa was about to go around me.

"She's on the wall!" Jean yelled.

"She intends to climb over!" Hanji said.

MIkasa and I both had the same idea, and cut Aniie off before she could get any higher. Mikasa got her fingers while I got her feet. Annie fell to the ground and I watched from the wall as Eren jumped on her, and started punching.

I noticed Eren looked like he was about to eat Annie, "Eren! Stop!" I yelled, about to cut Eren out, when someone beat me to it.

Levi carried Eren back to the group, Armin and Mikasa immediately made sure Eren was alright. "I thought I told you to rest?" I asked him. He didn't answer me and I just sighed.

"Our blades can't get through that." I said looking at Jean as tried to cut Annie out of her crystalline shell.

"I made sure to keep weight off my left leg." He said and I rolled my eyes.

"Jean, stop." I said holding his shoulder as the last part of his blade chipped off.

"It's pointless." Levi said walking up next to me.

"Make a wire net! Let's take this thing underground!" Hanji yelled.

~TIMESKIP~

I went into a room,  Eren was resting on the bed, Mikasa next to the bed, Jean leaning against the wall, and Armin was standing against the wall. "He hasn't woken up yet?" I asked sitting on the bed, playing with Eren's hair.

"No.." Mikasa shook her head.

"I can't stay long, I have to get back and help with the injured.... I'll leave him in your care." I smiled at Mikasa and left the room. "He has nice friends." I thought, happy for him.

I went underground, and saw Hanji along with Levi in his tux. "Well, at least you can experiment how to get around the crystallization, in case other titans have the ability as well." I said trying to find a good side to us not being able to get any information out of her.

"Yes, I guess that's a good thing." Hanji said and uncrossed her arms, "You 2 can go back, I can handle things here." she said smiling and I nodded. Levi and I walked together up the stairs, I made sure to walk at a slower pace.

"I didn't expect to find you down there." I said as we went to the stables.

"Why not?" he asked.

"You know why." I said, jumping onto (H/n). I held out my hand and Levi grabbed it as I pulled him onto the back of my horse. "Don't fall." I said as we began our trek back to HQ. 

That night, I was exhausted, I slipped into bed and sighed. I felt arms snake around my waist and groaned. "Levi, it's hot..." I complained.

"No it's not." he said holding me tighter. "Stop complaining." he continued and I smiled, turning to face him.

"How's your leg?" I asked running my hands through his hair.

"Better." he said and I lay my head on his chest.

"That's nice.." I yawned, snuggling in closer. "Night Levi..." I whispered felt him petting my head as I slowly drifted off to sleep.
