ch. 15

"Ne, Mr. So." I nodded in agreement to Mr. So. He told me such things for the group as a leader, so I had to follow. I stood up and bowed to him, then exited the room. I sighed in exhaution. What am I going to do now?

I walked into our classroom to get back the notebook but to my surprise, Yerin was already holding it. When she saw me, she immediately looked at me, waving up the notebook from her hands.

"Oh, unnie! Your notebook--"

"Yerin!! What are you doing?? You can't just read that without permission!" I started, making Yerin surprised with my sudden attitude. I felt guilty, I sighed.

"I- I'm sorry unnie" She bowed down and gave me the notebook. What do I do now? What have I done?

"N-no! I should be the one to apologize, Yerin. I'm sorry for giving you such an attitude earlier." I see her smile so I hugged her.

"I'm so sorry for doing that as a leader." I whispered, almost crying. (lol like it's so emotional or somethin idk)

We broke from the hugged and laughed with each other afterwards.

"Unnie, I have to tell you something." Yerin started. As she was about to say something, someone suddenly approached.

"Yerinniee~" A guy approached her, his arms around her. I looked at him from head to toe. Wait, wasn't he V from BTS? I thought he had a relationship with Nayeon from TWICE. I blinked thrice with what I just saw.

"O-oh... sorry for interrupting you girls.." He suddenly says, still not letting go from Yerin. Hmm, somethings going on here. I look at Yerin and she looked down.

"Why didn't you tell me about this Yennie?" I said, smiling with tease.

"A-ah unnie, actually..." Yerin started, slowly looking at me.

"We're in a relationship." V said straightly, making the both of us look at him in shock.

"What??" I said. Ohhh myyy I knew something like this would happen.

"N-no, unnie let me explain." I still smiled, teasing her more.

"Ah, later. You two enjoy your date first. Byee~" I kept smiling, proud that Yerin has finally dated. I left the two of them together by the hallway and went my way into the locker area which from the view of the clear window, is where I found that guy Jin sitting by some bench near the gym area. I quickly put my things into the locker and ran towards him.

"A-ah, Jin?" I question to make sure that it was really him.

"Yeah?" He looked at me, probably confused. I handed him the notebook that I saw at the garden.

"This should be yours." I smiled.

"Oh, thank you! I've been finding this for so long, thank you!" He kept thanking me, so I bowed as well. I left and went home by myself.

[eunha pov, back to morning]

I was so mad about yesterday. I tried my best to avoid anyone so that I could have more space to myself. I sighed, thinking that I shouldn't mind it anymore, I must've hurt him that bad.

I was on my way into the room when someone suddenly grabbed me.

"J-jungkook??" I stutter, looking at his... handsome face. I admit it, I like him a little. He suddenly let go of me, his head low, looking down. His hair looked like he didn't put any gel on it, it was wet and low. 

"I'm sorry..." He said lowly, without even looking at me. I sighed. I feel bad for shouting at him the last time.

"It's okay. I'm also sorry for shouting at you." I say, patting his shoulder. It was awkward though, you know, I didn't mean to do that- sudden patting on his shoulder. As soon as I did that, he suddenly hugged me. I didn't know what to do so I just let him be. Soon, seconds had and I noticed that he was actually crying.

"I was scared that you might not notice me anymore..." He said in the middle of his crying. His words hit me deep in my heart. What did he mean, not notice him anymore? 

"It's okay..." I patted his head and let go of the hug.

After that, it feltl really awkward. I became silent the whole day. I didn't know why but I felt myself... different after that. 

After I got from the canteen, I saw my cousin Eunwoo with his friends. I immediately approached him with a smile.

"Ah Eunwoo oppa! I just had to apologize for the last time. That guy who approached us wasn't actually my boyfriend. He was just a friend." I said, clearing my words to make Eunwoo believe me. He smiled and nodded.

"I understand. As a cousin, I'll try to understand." He said while patting my head like a puppy, I smiled and hugged him in assure. As soon as I let go I waved goodbye and went into the locker area. I was shocked when I closed my locker door, Jungkook was already there behind, looking at me straight in the eyes.

"Sooo... You now cleared out our relationship." He said smirking, then stood straight infront of me, looking like he's acting cool. He didn't look like he didn't just cry in front of me earlier.

"Yeah, how did you know?" I ask, grabbing my books in my arms for the next subject.

"Well why didn't you just told me that he was actually your cousin. I could've stopped. I couldn't have cried in front of you." He said, his last sentence wasn't so clear so I wasn't able to hear it because he said it very lowly while his face not looking at me anymore.

I just laughed and patted him in his shoulders, leaving him there alone at the locker area.

[yerin pov]

"You should have called me or something before you can just appear there all of the sudden when I'm talking seriously with our leader." I said madly, just sipping my strawberry milk beside him, not even looking at him as well.

"Haha, i'm sorry. I didn't mean to do that earlier. If you want me to call you, just give me your number then. You know.. so that.." He then looked at me, smirking.

"Ew.." As my strawberry milk was already empty, I threw it away immediately at the trashcan beside me fiercely. I rolled my eyes in annoyance, standing up, my arms crossed.

"Come on, let's go home." And all of the sudden, he stood up and.... held my hand. I noticed that he did that when he saw Nayeon passing by. As he held my hand, she saw us and then looked away afterwards as soon as she had probably noticed me looking at her the whole time. 

Me and V went home together. He took me home first and then went on the other street to walk home by himself afterwards.
