Pregnant Initiate

Chapter 1

Right now I'm sitting in front of our small mirror while my mother cuts my hair. Tomorrow is the choosing ceremony. I already know exactly which faction we are joining. If your wondering why I said we let me catch you up. 

*Flashback*

"Tris, Caleb, get ready were going to Marcus Eaton's house for a council meeting." dad yelled up to us.

Me and Caleb ran down stairs and headed out the door with mom and dad.

"Hello Andrew." Marcus said. "Come on in guys."

"Thank you Marcus." My mother said.

"Caleb, Tris, Tobias is upstairs if you'd like to go upstairs with him, he's in the room, last door on the right.

"Ok, thank you sir." I say politely as we head up the stairs.

"Hi I'm Tris, and this is my brother Caleb." I say once we enter Tobias's room. 

"Hi, I'm Tobias, nice to meet you." he said shaking our hands.

He smiled and I couldn't help but stare, his smile was unbelievably hot. 

After that me and Tobias became fast friends. Late at night we would sneak out and meet in my back yard. We were best friends after about a year. He was 2 years older than me and was going to be transferring to dauntless next year. I'm meeting him tonight he said he had something important to tell me.

-Later that night-

"Hello Bea." He said smiling, as he walked over to hug me. 

"Hello Toby," I say and hug him back. "So whats so important?" I ask him.

"I love you Bea." He says and I start blushing.

"I love you too Tobias." I say both of us smiling wide. 

-time lapse-

Tomorrow is Tobias's choosing ceremony. I've been dreading it, because I'm going to miss him so much. We had an agreement that we would meet at dauntless so in 2 years I will be with him again. Tobias's father Marcus had a business meeting tonight and wouldn't be home till after the ceremony tomorrow so Tobias invited me over. 

"Hello, Beatrice." He said as he led me through his front door. 

"Hello Toby." I say smiling. "So tomorrows the big day." I say hugging him.

"Let's not talk about it and enjoy our last night together." he says and I agree.

"Toby," I whisper in his ear. "I want you right here and right now." He smirks

"Oh, really. How about I take you to my room." He says and I nod.

We go up to his bedroom and he layed me down on his bed.

In abnegation we were taught that any sort of affection with another person was wrong because it was selfish. And that night we were very selfish. 

The next day was his choosing ceremony. Name after name being called, I was zoned out, until I heard Jeanine Matthews call, Tobias Eaton. I watched as he walked up to the stage, and I knew exactly which faction he was choosing. I watched as he slid the knife over his palm and then I heard the burning coals sizzle as the fresh blood hit. 

"Dauntless." Jeanine called out. 

The dauntless roared as he made his way over. 

-2 months later-

I got out of bed and was about to get in the shower when a sudden rush of nausea hit me. I ran to the toilet and threw up. I sat there for a good 5 minutes just throwing up. Once i was finished i got in the shower and once i was done, I stepped out and changed. I brushed my teeth then went down stairs for breakfast. 

"Good mourning sweetie." My mom said.

"Mom I think I'm sick." I say to my mom.

"Why do you say that?" She asks.

"I was throwing for 5 minutes straight." I sigh

"I'll take you to the doctors after breakfast. Ok?" She says.

"Ok, thanks mom." I say.

My mom and me took the bus to the hospital in erudite. We walked in and checked in then sat for about 45 minute until we were called back. 

"What seems to be the problem?" The nurse asked.

"This mourning I was throwing up for 5 minutes straight." I say.

"Ok, mom could you step out for a minute." The nurse asked.

"Yes, I'll be right out here." My mom said leaving the room. 

"Is there any chance you could be pregnant?" The nurse asked me.

"Um, maybe." I say looking at my feet.

It hit me I had sex with Tobias 2 months ago so it is possible I'm pregnant. 

The nurse gave me a test and it turned out I was pregnant. She had my mom come back in and told her. And even though I could tell my mom was upset with me she didn't show it. 

Ever since then my parents and Caleb have been helping me take care of Skylar. 

She has my hair and nose, and she has Tobias's deep blue eyes. 

*End of flashback*

So that explains why I said we. Me and Sky will be going to dauntless. I'm nervous and excited. Excited to see Tobias, but nervous he won't want anything to do with Sky. After he chose dauntless I never got to tell him about Sky. So he doesn't even know about her and it's been 2 years. Hopefully tomorrow goes ok.
