Pregnant Initiate

Chapter 2

I just got done showering and getting ready for the choosing ceramoney today. Were leaving in 10 minutes so I decide to feed Skylar quick.

"Tris, Caleb time to leave!" Mom called up to us.

"Coming." We both said. 

I put on the baby sling and put Sky in then head down stairs. 

We leave the house and get on the bus. The bus is really crowded abnegation filling it. 

*10 minutes later*

One after another we exit the bus. We all file into the choosin ceromony. 

"Remember, we love you no matter what." My mom whispers to me. 

I think she already knows I'm going to choose dauntless because Tobias did. 

"I know mom." I say with a smile.

Marcus calls name after name anounceing the faction they choose. I don't litsen I just sit there looking at my beatiful baby girl. Thinking about how soon we will be happy with Tobias or we will be all alone and he won't want anything to do with us. I'm brought out of my thoughts.

"Caleb Prior." Marcus calls. 

Caleb gets up and walks towards the five bowls, dauntless the brave, abnegation the sefless, eriudite the brains, candor the honest, amity the peaceful. 

"Erudite." Marcus calls. 

And all of the abnegation start whispering. It was weird for an abnegation to transfer but it was more weird for abnegation to choose erudite, because erudite was the enemy of abnegation.

"Tris Prior." I got up with Skylar and held her on my hip. 

I took the knife to my palm and drug it across then I wiped it of and did the same for sky. To show she would be coming with me. I put are hands over the coals and let our blood hit the burning coals. 

"Dauntless." Marcus said. 

As I carried Skylar towards our new faction the dauntless roared. I put the baby sling back on and put Sky in. She fell asleep during the rest of the ceromony. Once the ceromoney was over and we were out side, the dauntless started running. I had a little trouble keeping up at first but I got the hang of it. 

We came to a stop by the train tracks. Once the sound of the train got closer we all started running and one by one we jumped on the train. I was really glad I brought the baby carrier sling or I don't think we could have gotten on.

Once we were on I sat against the train wall so I wouldnt lose my ballance and fall. 

"Hi I'm Christina" A dark skin girl said to me. 

"Hi, I'm Tris and this is my daugter Skylar." I said smiling at Skylar who was starting to wake up. 

"Your the stiff with the baby." Some girl said to me.

"Yeah so." I said a little harshly.

"Woah mama bear. I didn't mean it to be rude, my names Shaunna." She said.

"Sorry, I'm Tris, And this is Skylar." I say to Shauna.

"Woah there jumping." Christina tells me.

"Only initiates have to jump, I can take Skylar if you want." Shauna says.

I wrap my arms protectively around Sky.

"I promise she'll be fine you'll see her soon." Shauna says.

"Okay fine, please be careful." I say kissing Skylars head and handing her to Shauna.

Me and  Chris get a running start and jump of the train together. Once were off we walk over to the edge where everyone is.

"I'm Eric one of your leaders, here at dauntless. If you want to be dauntless you have to jump." He yells.

"What's down there?" Some guys asks.

"Guess you'll have to jump and find out." He says. "Who's first?" Eric asks.

Nobody was volunteering, and I really wanted to get to Skylar so.

"Me." I say walking towards the edge. 

I climbed up onto the ledge, took a deep breath and jumped. Once I jumped I hit something hard it was a net. 

A few hands reached out to help me so I grabbed the one closes to me. It just so happened that hand belonged to Tobias. I instantly smiled. 

"What's your name?" Seriously he doesn't remember. 

"Tris." I say with a small smile wich he returns. 

"First jumper Tris." He anouncess. "Welcome to dauntless." He says. 

I see Shaunna and Sky so I walk towards them. 

"Something you want to tell me shaunna." He says joking with her. 

"She's not mine." She laughs. 

"Whose is it?" He asks.

"Mine." I say taking Skylar from her arms. 

He looks at me with his eyes looking like black pits not his deep blue eyes that I love. Maybe I was wrong to come. Does he really want nothing to do with me? Nothing to do with his child?

Well theres no going back I have to stay strong for Skylar. 

Once everyone has jumped, we split into groups. 

"Transfers with me." Tobias yells. "I'm Four I'll be your trainer for the next few weeks." He tells us. 

I walk next to Chris since she's the only person I know. 

Sky starts to fuss.

"Stiff quiet the kid." Four snaps harshly. 

"He's cranky." Chris whispers to me.

"Tell me about it." I say.

I rock skylar and she drifts of to sleep. 

"This is where you'll be sleeping for the next 8 weeks." Four says.

"Girls or boys?" Asked some guy named Peter.

"Both" Four replied.

Great this should be fun.

Me and Christina get beds next to eachother.

"Let's go shopping." Chris squeals.

"Fine, but only because I need a bed for Skylar." I say.

"Yay." she says and I laugh.

We go to the pit where there's some shops. Chris buys a bunch of outfits, and some makeup, she even got Skylar and onesie that say's my aunt loves to shop. Did I forget to mention when Christina talks to Sky she refers to herself as aunt Christina. I don't mind since shes my only friend. I got a few outfits for me a few for Sky and a packing play for Skylar to sleep in.

Me and Chris went back to the dorm and put away all the new stuff we got. I fed Sky since no one was around and then put her down for a nap.
