Alexander POV-
I smile as she falls asleep in my lap, I brush a strand of hair out of her face, and I find my self gazing over the city. Dani snuggles closer to my chest and I smirk. I wrap my arms around her and hold her closely. Her eyes flutter open and she gently pulls away from me and sits beside me, not saying anything as she leans her head on my shoulder.

Dani uses her wings and dives over the edge of the roof, laughing as she flys over the city. Alexander smiles and follows her.
Dani POV-
I laugh as I feel the wind pulling at my wings, as I hear alexander coming up behind me, i snap my wings closed and let myself plummet. I snap them back open at the last second, and fly over the lake near my house. As I dip the tip of my finger into the water, my pheonix Cinder flew beside me, so I scratched under her chin. I counted to three in french and we dove under the water together. Cinder glowed a brilliant red causing the water to look a little distorted.
