"Mum, I wanna go with Harry this year!" Rose begged the morning Harry was to leave.
"Now Rose, your too young, surely you can wait a year. Look if it makes you feel any better, Ginny has to stay behind too. There will be many adventures still left over when you go next year." Lily smiled
"Lily is right Rosie, now wheres Violet? Vee! Its time to go!" James called.
Violet appeared on a broom with a giddy smile. "Now Violet, get off the broom now. We are going by car." James said trying to look stern.
"Aww Dad! Car is so boring." Violet whinned.
"Shush or I will ban you from the Quidditch pitch for a week." Lily said firmly climbing into the drivers seat.
"Yes Mum." Violet mumbled.
"Last check Harry, do you have all your books?" Lily asked.
"Yes."
"School robes, Muggle clothing for outside classes, dress robes if nesssarry, Invisability Cloak, Map, Couldron, potion ingredients, owl?" Lily fused.
"Mum, I got it all. If I need anything I will always owl you. Is Remus coming?"
"Sorry Love, hes not feeling the best. Now come on Potters, lets go. Shall we?" James smiled.

"Are you sure this is the only way on?" Harry asked both his parents and the Weasleys.
"Harry dear, it will be fine. Go at a run if your nervous." Molly advised.
Harry looked behind him to see Percy, the twins and Ron right in line behind him. Taking a deep breath Harry began to run towards the wall. He braced himself for an impact, but nothing came. He opened his eyes to see a scarlet train in gold letters reading Hogwarts Express.
"Wicked!" Ron breathed from behind.
"It is beautiful, isnt it?" Harry asked as he began to search for a compartment. He came off the train to say a final goodbye to his sisters.
"I want to join you Harry!" Rosie began to cry.
"Dont be sad Rosie, I'll be back by Christmas. I promise." Harry gave his little sister a hug.
"Write to me ok Harry?" Violet asked when the two hugged.
"I promise to write twice a week. Plus Sirius gave me the mirror, so we can chat whenever." Harry resurred his sisters.
"Ok good luck Harry!" The twins had chourased as he got on. Nearby Ginny was whinning about her brothers leaving.
Rose approched Ginny, "Gonna be lonely huh?"
"Yeah, the two of you are still coming for lessons right?" Ginny demanded.
"Of course we are. Mum would kill us if we missed." Violet sighed. She felt as if she didnt belong in her family. Everyone had a talent but her. Lily and Rose were both the brightest witches ever, Harry was a prodigy at Potions, Charms and Transfiguration. James was a master prankster. Violet felt as if there wasnt anything left for her.
Lily looked at Violet and sent her a small smile. "I have a surprise for you when we get home."
"Ok Mum."
