"I am getting the hang of this tree jumping, I think" Tokine said jumping from a branch to another. We were jumping from tree to tree like the ninjas on tv. Tokine just learned so she's a bit shaky at it and slower than me. She's a quick learner though.
"Does that mean you can walk on water now?" I asked
"Hey slow down Peter, I'm not Jesus" she replied
I teleported behind her and kicked her in the back causing her to fall to the ground. My hand engulfed in blue lightning, This is a stronger electricity than young lightning. Perhaps I shall now call it the Lightning Cutter. I jumped towards her with my hands aimed at her. She rolled out the way and my hands hit the ground causing it to collapse underneath me, we both jumped to the nearest tree.
"My reflexes are getting better" she smiled "You going to teach me how use that move?" She said pointing at the lightning around my hands. The lightning then faded.
"I can teach you a variation of it." I said.
Lightning may not be my main affinity but it might as well be my main affinity part 2. When I was 5 I would stand on top of a mountain whenever there was a thunderstorm and I would sit there and allow lightning to strike me, as months went by I learned how to redirect it, or convert it into chi so I won't take damage. Once controlling lightning became second nature to me, I then worked on my speed. Once I gained the speed to dodge lightning, I aimed to being faster than it. One day I learned to predict where lightning was going to form and strike, as soon as I heard the thunder I jumped to the sky, the base of the lightning formed I tagged it which engulfed my hand with its material, similar to the lightning cutter but smaller than the young lightning. Immediately I teleported to the ground and cut the lightning before it can touch the ground. No one else to this day owns that feat. Not many people know that if I needed to, I can reach speed faster than the speed of light. The only person who do know is an old friend named Hanabi.
"So what I'll take whatever, that's a cool move" Tokine said.
"Well can you do any Lightning Magic?" I asked
Tokine put her index finger to her mouth then smiled. Suddenly from the sky a lightning dragon aimed at me descended at high speed. I did a back flip at a high speed and landed on the ground. A tree nearby went up in flames.
"You shouldn't have been able to dodge that." Tokine said, "I trained that move to the max, so it attacks at the speed of light." She looked at me and crossed her arms.
"That's a complicated explanation, just don't tell Keyshia or anyone for that matter that I dodged something that fast or I'll kill you." I said.
"Another secret between us? We gotta stop doing this baby, someone will think something is up between us." Tokine teased
"Keyshia already beat you to that." I sighed "Alright extend your hand." Tokine smiled.

-A little earlier-
I start putting on my clothes. I cup my hand over my mouth and breathe out then I smelled to see if my breath smells. That Tokine got me so conscious over my self now. She so pretty, I'm just average looking. I looked into my reflection in the water and touched my lips. Lightning kissed me this morning, then he hugged me. I'm so happy. I climbed up the cliff to enter the cave.
"Huh? Where did Lightning and Tokine go? They didn't come back?" I said out loud.
"The body with the missing eyes, and the papers on the chairs states otherwise." Inyu said coming from the corner doing his hair. He was putting his white long hair in a ponytail. He wasn't wearing a shirt, he had perfect abs and the v line near his crotch that every ripped guy has. Lightning has a similar built but Lightning is more leaner. Inyu is almost perfect though. I shake my head and go to the chair and pick up the papers.
"Follow the route ~Lightning " one read. "I get to spend quality alone time with Lightning in your face Keyshia ~ Tokine" she added a smiley face sticking a tongue out. I sighed. I should be happy, Tokine makes Lightning smile, so why do I feel angry when they spend time together. I crumbled the paper up.
"Are you and Lightning dating?" Inyu ask
"I wished I knew the answer to that myself." I replied
Suddenly I hear an explosion, and I see smoke rising in he distance.
"Isn't that in the route Lightning mapped out?" I asked
"Is it?" Inyu picked the map up. "It is."
I see a lightning dragon drop from the sky at blinding speed, a tree lit on fire right after and the shockwaves knocked down other trees in the area. I jumped from the cave's cliff onto a tree and started heading the direction of the flaming tree.
"Idiot, it could be just Lightning and Tokine training." Inyu said coming next to me.
"I don't want to risk finding out Lightning died, because I was enjoying myself, and I'm not an idiot." I replied.
After a few minutes we arrived at the flaming tree. Lightning and Tokine are doing light speed combat, teleporting from one place to another while fighting. When did Tokine become so strong? Her power is almost rivaling Lightning.
"Young Lightning!" Tokine scream as she rushes from the air with her hand engulfed with lightning magic. Lightning hand became engulfed in a similar matter but his lightning was bigger and louder. As Tokine came close to him he smacked Tokine's lightning hand with his and both lightning were directed into the air. Tokine is standing in front of Lightning while Lightning is holding her hand up. She interlocks her fingers with Lightning's and they looked deeply in each other's eyes. I cleared my throat.
They pushed off each other. Lightning put his hand over his face and shook his head. Tokine smiled and waved at me.
[Lightning]
"Well this is awkward" I said
"Hey guys not to interrupt but I thought this was a four day trip." Inyu said pointing behind Tokine. A huge mountain with snow covering the top of it and clouds forming a halo around the mountain,
"Using Tokine's calculation, not mine, jumping through the trees cut back three days." I said "Want some training too?" I asked Inyu
"Are you gonna romantically look into my eyes hoping I'd kiss you when we done?" Inyu teased
"Die." I said
"If you want me to kiss you just ask." Tokine said
"You can die too." I said
I looked up the mountain.
"The long way will take a day. The hard way will take an hour. Choose ya poison." I sighed
"What's the hard way." Inyu asked.
"Basically climbing and scaling this mountain instead of walking up the long way." I replied
"Well guys" Keyshia said
"Let's do it the hard way." Tokine finished.
