Sydney grew up in a small town. From the age of 1, she began creating new advanced math problems. As a tween, Sydney developed an even more intimate relationship with mathematics. She got her first TI-84 when she was just 4. Every night from that day on, Sydney slept with her calculator. In the last year, their relationship grew stronger when she began graphing in Algebra 1. Sydney has been through thick and thin with her love of mathematics. “Math is Cool” magazine interviewed her. “I’d like to say accomplishing all of my math skills was all my effort, but so many people, like Mrs. Angelo, have helped me along the way. “Math is Cool” magazine released the news yesterday that Sydney will be going to the Algebra 1 WPIALS.
