the maze pt. 1

emerald's pov:

after I left with lilith we went to the enchanted forest. if it werent for its reputation the enchanted forest would be beautiful. sadly, this place is for all runaways, exciled, and criminals. its very dangerous to come into this forest without a an alpha since they can make any werewolf give into them. however, I knew I was safe because lilith was a exciled fairy. the reason I know this is because one of my gifts is that if im in the room or in this case same vehicle I can pretty much take in there entire past. the two men lilith was with are brothers and they both ran away from their abusive family when they were very young. however, once they got out no pack would take them in so they had no choice but to go to the enchanted forest. also, I could tell that their alliance to lilith wasnt strong and I think I might be able to get them to help me. but lilith was a differant story. she was next in line to be fairy queen. she was young and naive and fell in love with a vampire who in turn killed her entire nest and took her to his nest for punishment for falling in love with him. the council had decided to kill her but her vampire realized last minute that he loved her too and freed her and took her to the forest and told her to wait for him. but he never showed....he was killed by werewolfs for trespassing. he was killed by uncle Emmet.  I now know why she is after us. she wants revenge and nothing stop a woman who is out for revenge.

dean's pov:

I know that they couldnt have gotten far into the forest yet so gather a bunch of troop and we ran into the forest. we got there and waited for their car. when it drove past we jumped on it and it stopped we ripped the doors off and some of my men grabbed lilith but she disappeared but I wasnt worried about that at the moment I grabbed emerald and the two men from the front seat and we ran back to the pack house. we were there in five minutes.

emerald's pov:

the rescue happened so quickly I hardly knew what was going on but soon we were back at the pack house. when all the wolves shifted back I saw uncle Emmet.  I ran up to him and slapped him across the face. he got mad and looked like he was on the verge of shifting."what was that for?!?!" he yelled. "your the reason she is after us!!!!" I yelled back and he looked confused. "what?" he said and I told him what I had learned and he looked like a light went on in his head."I didnt kill him...that vampire is im my brig...I can take you to him" finally we have hope.
