And there she goes again. This beautiful girl that seems to be hauting my dreams lately. I've been in this island with the guys for vacacion for just two days and she's all that's in my mind. Everywhere I go she's there, her smile caught my eye in the instant I looked her for the first time. Then her ocean eyes completly made me fall. She caught me looking but I couldn't even move so she slightly smiled at me, earning a smile back from me.
Now she's just there, sitting with her eyes on her book and smiling occasionally, probably reacting to what she's reasding.
"Bro, you've been staring at her for the last hour, go talk to her." Jonah pushes my shoulder and I look at my bandmates all smirking at me.
"It's easy for you guys to talk. She'd never go out with me. God she's gorgeous." I sigh at the end when she giggles at her friend who is sitting close to her excited about something on her phone.
"Look at him, I can see the hearts in his eyes. Dude if you leave without her number, I'm gonna go get it myself." Jack says getting up.
"Don't you dare." I snap at him and they laugh as he sits back down.
"I don't even know if she has a boyfriend or where she's from. She could leave in two hours. No, I don't wanna get my hopes up."
"If she had a boyfriend she wouldn'y be speaking about you to her friend." Daniel starts talking.
"Yeah and she was staring at you the other day when you were singing around with Jack." Corbyn talks not taking his eyes off his phone.
"Wha- How? Why didn't you guys tell me sooner?"
"We didn't know you liked her. She checked in with three friends just before we did. Then I heard her friends teasing her about staring at you with heart eyes while you were singing." Corbyn explains locking his phone.
"How did I notice? Bro I really wanna go talk to her but if I did that, I'd die of ansiety before I even got there."
"You'll only know if you try." Jonah takes a sip of his drink.
"C'mon Y/N let's go. Please! He's right there by the pool." her friend squeals pulling her out of her chair.
"No! I don't wanna be a third wheel." she laughs but groans at the at the same time.
She gets up and picks up her things as her friend runs outside. Now it's my chance, if I really want to have some time alone with her so I can get to know her. I stand up and walk over to her helping her getting her bag that fell off the table.
"Thank you! Oh Hi!" she smiles when her eyes meet mine.
"Hey! Sorry for just coming over to you, but I had to at least know your name before I possibly never see you again." a shy smile shows on my lips and a little giggle leaves my mouth.
"Well, I'm Y/N. May I know your name?" she smiles.
"I'm Zach."
"I heard you singing the other day, you have a beautiful voice."
I can feel my cheeks heating up.
"Thanks. Uhm me and my friends are actually in a band, not a big deal though."
I look over to the guys to see them witg thumbs up and cheering. She looks behind her and they stop, pretending they weren't doing anything. She laughs turning around to face me.
"Sorry for them. Uh would you like to, maybe, go somewhere to talk or something? I would love to know more about you, you seem like such a cool person not to say also beautiful." I ask very nervous and she probably notices.
"I would love that. Let me just make sure my friend is okay. She basically fell in love with this guy she saw yesterday and now she's stalking him." she giggles while walking outside to the pool area.
We get there to see her friend kissing some guy with than skin and brown hair.
"Well, Y/F/N is more than fine." she laughs.
"You go girl!" I laugh and Y/N looks at me with her perfect smile.
"Hey! Have you been to that cute café just across the street?" she asks as we start walking out of the hotel's lounge area.
****1 week later****
"I'll see you soon." I tell her as her arms wrap around my neck.
"Yeah. Call me when you get back to LA so we can meet up." she says and I nod.
We hung out everyday since we met and, just like I thought, there's so much more to her than just that bright smile. She goes to universaty in LA and so we can easly hang out, wich I'm really thankful for.
We don't know if it's forever and we didn't overthink this but it's working, this connection between us so why not?
