Shortly after the octopus robot attack, the three took Cleanie to the inspection room to see if it's good enough. Jason explained how it's meant to clean up hazardous waste, as well as normal waste. The inspector said, "Hm. I'll test its ability." The inspector then dumped out the contents of a nearby trash can. Mike flipped a switch on the back of Cleanie to turn it on. Cleanie then said in a monotone voice, "Mess detected. Activating vacuum." It then cleaned up the mess in a matter of seconds.
The inspector was impressed but wasn't done yet. "Let's make this interesting." He said. He then got a bucket of liquid plutonium and dumped it on the floor. Cleanie then started to shake and within seconds was hovering in the air. It then sucked up the plutonium with its vacuum, then emptied itself back into the bucket. "Looks like we'll be selling Cleanie units soon." The inspector said. Jason, Mike, and Pete cheered in excitement. Their first design had been accepted. And as a bonus, they got to keep the one they made in their workroom.
They went back to their workroom, and JeeVee congratulated them for their first big milestone in their career. "Alright everyone, time to work on our next design."
